Reliance Netconnect Broadband+ — Disgusting after sales service

Reliance Netconnect - Upgrade to broadband+ offer is disgusting, pathetic and frustrating. They give you a very lucrative offer that if you upgrade from 1xCDMA to Broadband+, you will get a waiver of 250 per month for 12 months on certain plans. I fell prey to these promises, and ended up being fleeced of my money. Launched complain with reliance customer care after i got the first bill that was NOT adjusted for any waivers, and then started a painful ordeal of calling up customer care every alternate day to follow up. The problem was promised to be addressed in 48 hrs, but they closed it today, after one month the complain was launched. And guess what, the resolution is THERE IS NO PROBLEM IN YOU BILL, IF YOU WANT TO TERMINATE THE CONNECTION, YOU ARE FREE TO DO THAT. Sure I will terminate this connection now, as I have simply run out of patience. And I warn others not to fall prey for this funny offer they are extending.

Reliance Netconnect Broadband+ — no network after payment of bill

when i have not paid the bill my network was shown 100 % signal strength and also works properly but after payment of bill it is showing 0% signal strength.

Reliance Netconnect — Poor after sales Services

Hi,

I purchased Reliance Netconnect + datacard [datacard No : [protected]] on 28th sept,2011 with 3 months unlimited plan and paid Rs 2523 for it as advance.
The speed claimed in the unlimited plan is 3.1 Mbps.

But since the first day o[censored]sage,I am getting poor speed of 3-5 Kbps.Even opening of gmail takes 10-15 minutes and I am able to open it in a basic html view only.
Inspite of repeated attempts to get the issue resolved with customer care no and reliance nodal office no,they are not able to resolve the issue.
Moreover when I asked for refund, they are not willing to provide it inspite of being aware of this problem.

Please help me in this regard to get the refund asap.

Hi,

My speed and network issue is still not resolved.

Rcom has been giving lame excuses on my complaint that they have escalated the matter.

THESE EXCUSES ARE NOT ENOUGH AS THESE ESCALATIONS AT YOUR END ARE NOT ABLE TO RESOLVE MY ISSUE SINCE PAST 45 DAYS.
I have paid for unlimited plan but reliance has CHEATED me by taking advance amount for 3 months for unlimited plan.

I am totally pissed off with the unethical behavior and inefficient services on part of reliance communications.
This is total harassment on part of Rcom to sell a device and then not willing to resolve the problem or by either refunding the money.

I NEED IMMEDIATE REFUND OF MY HARD EARNED MONEY WHICH RELIANCE HAS LOOTED FROM ME IN THE DISGUISE OF PROVIDING INTERNET SERVICES.
