Reliance Netconnect Broadband — poor software and billing issues | |||
Reliance sucks really. Believe me they have a poor software team and equally unresponsive and unconvincing telephone guys who have been told to resolve customer grievances. I have a 10gb day and 10gb night plan. They (freaking reliance) charged me Rs.1300 more because they say, that their system shows that i have downloaded 2.5 gbs more than my limit, whereas when I check it on the "my services page", the page still shows underused amount of data. When i call them and complain about the issue they say that their "myservices" page is still being worked upon and hence cannot be trusted. So they tell me that I always have to download the "my usage" from my services into excel sheet and then apply "filters" in excel and "some add functions" to accurately see the exact downloads split into day and night separately. This is the full proof way i can track and thus (personally) limit my usage. then they say: they cannot help me and i have to pay the full amount. Don't know what to do....these butt-heads are so freaking mean and they don't even listen to consumers properly, simply keep repeating that they have no powers and that i have to pay the bill. SCREW RELIANCE I would never recommend buying reliance to anyone. Buy Tata Photon.......Ratan tata is such a noble man. Anil dirubhai is not......mean business man always ready to raid poor and helpless customers pocket. Once my friend had some complaint regarding billing from tata photon. They (tata customer grievance cell) did not even consider it twice before issuing him a waiver. Tata is that good. Buy tata. Reliance is not at all good. Tata has better speeds as well. Reliance Netconnect broadband — Cannot make payments
I have a reliance netconnect No. [protected], and from the last 3 months have been tryiong to get in touch with relaince to tell me how to make payments for the same through netbanking. Each time the customer care exec tells me that he will add the netconnect service to my account , and do this or do that, but till date I am not able to make paymnts through the net banking.If anyone form Reilance is listening to this, all i have to say is that the reason i will opt out of relaince net connect is the beyond PATHETIC supposrt service... its is very frustration to ech time call the godforsaken custimer care lines.. and wait for hours before something will happen, and then eventualy NOTHING happens.
Reliance Netconnect broadband — excess payment recieved but no reciept or refund issued
i am reliance netconnec user with id [protected] in my name for the month of february i recieved a bill of 2650 which i paid via credit correct on the company website almost 5 times as it was continously demonstrating that sorry transaction could not be completed , while it was being charged every time , from my hdfc credit card. The company on enquiry just admitted to the mistake and has only given an apology to me with no proiper redressal ,refund or reciept of my payment being issued .kindly help me as i am an unheard voice against this large but poorly managed company

Hello,Our broadband connection gets disconneted very often we have cisco linsys modem the bsnl persons say that it is the modem problem but the modem works good uptil 9:20 am and after 5:25 pm i dont know who is to blame.
