Reliance Netconnect Broadband Plus — Could not connect it in Broadband plus mode

For the last 15 days i have problem in connecting the netconnect in broadband plus mode.
Till today i have called customer service more than 10 time and the problem could not be resolved.
till date 3 requests has been raised and all are in progress for the same issuse.
i dont how long will it take to resolve this issue.
Every time wen i call to customer call now they will tell the pre defined ans Sir we are esculating it to other dept with high priority and will be solved within few days kindly wait.

for using 1X speed of 230kps for last 16 days should i pay 1200 bugs every month???

If they cant solve the issue y they r increasing the customer count instead of looking the present customer??

worst service i have ever seen ...that too staying in centre of city(Ameerpet) in hyderabad if there is signal problem and they could not resolve after 15 days also .. y they are troubling the customers in selling this type of products...

Its from my past experience i am telling dont go for reliance netconnect ..especially in Hyderabad...

GLAD TO HEAR BUT ON SUNDAY WHILE I DIDN'T HAD ANY INFO. IN HAND SO URGED UR EXECUTIVE TO CALL ON MONDAY THAT IS TODAY !!

Hi,
I regret to say that I’ve chosen your data card.( refer to my earlier complaint dt.Feb 15, 2011 )
Please find my complaint on consumer forum and till now there is response from your side. Added to the fuel, you have also barred out-going of my wife’s number and when I contacted the customer care they said we need to submit the id proof.

Only after walking to your stores, I was told that, due to bill pending on data card, they have de-activated the outgoing services of my wife’s number.
The real problem is your poor customer service department @ Hyderabad and why don’t you sack all these lousy staff and recruit dynamic marketing guys (like me). Seriously, make me an offer and see how these kinds of petty issues can be solved with in no time !!

Will you atleast revert and resolve my problem or shall I go to consumer forum ?

today I'm getting calls from various executives from various officers.
Surprisingly, my payment is *NOT updated* in their systems, *even after 10
