Reliance Netconnect — Poor Service

I have purchased Reliance Data Card for Internet service on[protected] and ever since I have purchased it I am not able to use the service. Either it gets disconnected or if I am connected there is no speed where in I can surf net. I have made hell lot of complaints over the phone call and also personally visited their outlet in Jail Road. Since there is no positive response from there end I would request them to pay back my money as it is hard earned money...

i want to close the internet connection. so i request your customer care no and locale dealer many time, but no reply.so plz disconnect my internet connection from today.otherwise i do not pay any bill from today. my internet connection no is [protected] .thank you.
I am a customer of Relaince Netconnect... i am using this for around 6 months .... there is a problem with the downloading speed.. its worst .. maxi 10 to 15 kbps...at night time and in bytes in the peak hours. i was told that the speed will be minimum of 150 kbps at night.... not only me many relaince user are having the same plea.... pls do consider the copmlaint..we are ready to pay wat ever it takes for the deserving service but not even a rupee for worst service...plz help us
Purchased Reliance Netconnect a week back as I needed internet connectivity. They promised to deliver a speed of 3.1 Mbps, but just within a week, I could see it getting disconnected often and speed not more than 0 to 4 Kbps. As stated in the advertising, they claim to be the fastest internet. I would like the consumer court to take up this matter seriously as its not just me who faced this issue. Let such large organisations be brought to shame if they only promise and under deliver. Looking forward to some stern action regarding this matter.

Reliance broadband is not as per the claims by company. they claim 250kbps but hardly customers get 50kbps
Also they do not respond and work on the customers complaints made through email or through phone. even i[censored] give request for no deactivation they would charge you for the whole month irrespective of they claim 7 day period for deactivation.
This is Sangeeth, a pre-paid Netconnect Broadband + user. Two weeks I have got a message from [protected] this number, the message subject was 'Conversion of my prepaid data card to Postpaid. The exact message was like this...

"Dear customer, convert your prepaid HSD into post paid with Rs.400/- 15GB and 500/- 23GB and 750/- unlimited usages. For details [protected]"

I have decided to take this offer and made call back. The attendee introduced himself as Lokesh, working in Abids/Head Office Hyderabad location. He said to me that he will come to my home and collect the address verification proofs from there. As said, he came and taken all my documents and made me to sign Customer Copy/registration form. He asked 150 rupees as the Prepaid to Postpaid Migration charges. I had given the same to him. He said it will gonna activate in within 3 days.
I had waited for 1 week, still it is not converted. Again I called him, said that it is not done yet. He said that he will look into this issue. Later I got a call from a lady representative; she asked to re-submit my credentials/proofs by e-mail, at that time she said that we’ll activate in within 15 min. I sent all my documents through e- mail to [protected]@gmail.com . After few days I got a verification call, he asked that, would you like to receive Bill by email or post. I said that if possible do both. Another one week got passed away.
Now also it is not activated. I am continuously making requests to Lokesh, he has given another number of his superior; it was [protected](I don't remember his name exactly). Whenever I tried to make a call he is not answering my call. If ever he answers, their will be replies like from him is it is already activated sir, plz dial *228; I will make request to other department to look for any other problem; Bla…. bla…bla…
The sole reason for writing this feedback is to grab your attention to this issue. One last sentence, if you are not going to solve, I have many other options/alternatives to look for; rest is up to you only.

I have bought a reliance netconnect + Datacard last week. That is the three months advance rental plan. As per the plan i can use 5GB in high speed, then it will come in 1 X speed, But when i got the device the speed was in 1 X. I made a call to customer care and explianed problem. They asked me to change some of the settings, I made that even then i did not get the speed. They took a complaint and they told me that it will be solved in three days, But it was not solved. I wanted to return the device and they asked me to go to show room, When i went to showroom they are not getting the device back. They collected 2650 rupees for the device and three month rent. If i call to customer care they are not giving any proper response. I am not at all happy with these people service. Please help me how to return the device. My device no is [protected]
