Reliance Netconnect — Validity expires before time

Hi,



I bought Reliance Net Connect for Rs.1500/- unlimited for 1 month and on 22nd day it got disconnected. Reliance Appellate Authority, Nodal Officer, Service Assurance Cell, and Customer Care are not providing any positive response.

What is the use of setting up appellate authority, nodal officer, service assurance cell, and customer care units, when no one solve issues pending since 29-March-08, forcing me to go to consumer court.

I purchased Reliance Netconnect (No. [protected]) USB Data Modem and unlimited internet for 1 month for INR1501.00 from Mittal Reliance Webworld, Andheri (W) on 01-Mar-08. On 02-Mar-08 I received Welcome SMS from Reliance. On 03-mar-08 I received amount received SMS from Reliance. On 22-Mar-08 night I received SMS from Reliance stating balance is only INR12.34. I called *333 and asked about it, person said ignore the message. I could not connect internet after some time, and again called *333 and person said contact Shop. I went to shop and he lodged complain and promised to solve the issue within 60 hours. As continuously I could not connect internet, I went to Reliance Shop, Near J.B. Nagar, Andheri (E) and paid fees to make it postpaid. Address Verification done, but Till 29-Mar-08 internet was not activated. Then people at Reliance Shop in Andheri (E) said Data Card Prepaid to Post Paid not possible. At last again I went to Reliance Shop at Andheri (W), he gave me solution.

Here I lost 8 days internet (from 22-Mar-08 to 31-Mar-08) and I claim refund for this amount 1500/30*8= INR400.00 plus INR200.00 for conveyance, communication for the period.

Total Claim INR600.00

Hoping for good customer relationship management.

I am also using system. Lot many problems come with system. Although I have not tried other systems, I don't feel that there is reliability in this system. I loss some money during postpaid to pr-paid to make it prepaid. And finally numer did not work. Again I need to take new number.

my name is murlidhar yadav i am daily user of reliance net by data card, no-[protected], i have paid 780 rs on 22 /12/08 bill no-1068541, and another bill i have paid on 19/01/09 of 617 rsbill n[protected], after paying the bill my connection is close and it is showing always previous due, i am totaly frustrated and not understand why it is happining with me, so please suggest me what should ido?
I will be very thankfull o[censored]r kindness please help me,

This is to inform that I will purchase reliance net for my laptop but after a month this is disconnected I will try to contact your customer care but this no any time said busy so what can I do. please help me for this purpose.

Reliance Net Connect is the worst service I have come across. First the connection gets discoonected, their data card doesn't work and we already deposited the same to their service center(for 30 days), and still they keep charging us for the connection. The best part is that now they send a warning mail to us that they will file legal notice for Rs 1750. On top of that the Advocate calls to scare us to threaten us for the court case. He doesn't even realize they are actually calling a lawyer itself. So much for the customer service. I wonder reliance has lots of time to to do funny things. Atleast they should do their homework before taking such funny actions.

request 2 all plz plz plz never purchase any product of reliance as i had purchases and suffered a lot u all will be surprised 2 know that within 1month i was given 3 new MDN numbers .they always deactivate the connection and when i reached the nearest customer care for a complain after 4 to 5 day they provide me new mdn number...and they donot tell the exact reason they just say problem was at the backend...i am frustrated with this reliance connection...and the speed is not that much good...since i am from ghaziabad...so spee must not be the isssue, but speed is vey poor...and their is no consistancy in the speed...sometimes good and many times worst...and at the customer care centre none of the persons are reasonable...since they all r students...they even do not know how 2 work...every thing is bhagwan bharose ...i dont have any idea of any other connecton...my brother is using mtnl spped is good and consistant...but thoda costly hai...so i purchased reliance...companies claim they provide speed of 3.1 mbps...but 1mbps bhi aa zaye to lagega sapna sach ho gaya...these companies treats customers as fool...i dont know what govt. is doing...kya unhe bhi companies paise khilate hai...saale sab chor hai...public ki mazboori ka fayda uthate hai...saala unka paisa .paisa hota hai aur humara kuch bhi nahi...en saalo pe to case thok dena chaiyea...bhi en 1 month me main etna pareshan houa hu ki kya batao...saalo ne customer care ka phone no dia wo bhi toll free nahi hai...jab claa karo to representative busy batlata hai...aur paise bhi kaat leta hai...so i request all of my brother and sister never purchase reliance...if any one need any help plz contact me on piyush.bit.[protected]@gmail.com...thanks
