Reliance CDMA 1X NETCONNECT — Slow Speed

Dear Sir/Mam
I would like to inform u that i have been using Reliance Netconnect since last 1years, and it is very painful to inform u that till time i never found this netconnect working properly in terms of speed.
This gives very slow speed as even google home page is unable to download.
So just here i would say that please do something for older users so that they can be benifited with the high speed.

Rearged with Rs. 150/- for CDMA 1X Modem, There was no such scheme for Rs.150/- Why did they accepted and recharge only Rs.1/- against Rs.150/-Modem Number is [protected]

my modem no is [protected] i recharge many time to 111 and account balence 45 rs but my modem is not connectting
