SIR, THIS COMPANY GIVES VERY POOR SERVICE TO ITS CUSTOMER.THEIR OBJECT IS ONLY EARN PROFIT NOT THE SATISFACTION OF THE CUSTOMER .EVEN COMPANY DOES NOT REGISTER THE COMPLAINTS OF CUSTOMERS.SPEED IS VERY SLOW AND SERVICE DISCONNECTS AFTER EVERY 15 MINUTES.ALL THE SUFFERERS SHOULD GO TO THE COMPENT AUTHORITY AND THE COURT FOR THEIR COMPLAINTS AND COMPENTITION.THE EXECUTIVES OF COMPANY ALSO MAKE FAKE PROMISES TO CUSTOMERS - MOBILE NO.[protected]. Dear Sir

i am K.Bala Krishna using post paid Reliance netconnet([protected]) since 4 months initially i received Hard copy and soft copy bill.but last three months i am not getting either soft or hard copy of my bill.i contact your customer care it is not happening.i have "my services " Account but i don't know my bill amount every month i am paying with fine.this is not good service i expected from Reliance.
