[Resolved]  Reliance Netconnect — Poor speed

Reliance netconnect is doing advertising that they are providing speed 3.1 mb per second. I was looking for speed and purchased the data card. My datacard number s [protected]

From day 1, their speed has never been more than 30-35 kb per second. They advertise to give 3174.40 kb per second speed but in reality they have never given more than 30-35 kb per second. I communicated my concern to reliance support team, but they never bothered to understand why such a big gap and how to resolve it.

Sometime, this service gets so poor, it gives speed of 2-3 kb per second. Its really frustrating service.

Reliance Data Card — Poor Speed

The buying of the Reliance data card is the biggest fault, I suppose I have done because the speed provided by it is very low which gives me a problem through which none of my websites open, I cannot download anything.I have lauded many complaints but no strict action has also not been taken.I request you to help and get my money back for this cheap data card.
my data card speed is very slow please help .
I have purchased relaince netconnect( [protected]) in april 2009 april and untill Nov 2009 I had no issues with the broadband speed and from Dec 2009 the speed started dropping down and from 8 to 11 p.m I dont get any service and in the mornig i get speeds for approx 225 kbps and in the evening the speed is approx 80kbps. I have made numerous calls to the customer serivce center and have confirmed that the min speed I should be receving is 512 kbps which i have not not recived from Nov 2009.
Last week I had a call from reliance communications as I have decided not to pay thier bills and the reply from the person who called me was so rude and his wordings were" Every one in reliance is facing speed issues and why are you the only person to call up and compalin when we know that there is speed issues'. He also said that no matter I get the service or not I will have to pay the bill.
I have spoken to atleast 50 people in reliance and nothing has happended yet.....Request all people to get a demo of the connection from reliance before u actually get the modem as once you purchase the modem then you have no choice....Now I have to bear the loss of this modem which I got it for Rs 3500 and got to search for a better broadband supplier...

Reliance Netconnect — poor customer service and speed

i have purchased netconnect broad band+ data card costing 1799 RS and i have recharged it for around370 RS. They have offered 5 GB free usage. within the validity that 5GB has finished within the validity and after that i have charged for 800 Rs unlimited plan. but my data card is not working because the reason of validity update .then i contacted customer care for the same,the replied within 24 hours the problem will solve. now 36 hours over, the problem is not solved yet. I am not satisfied the customer service and the speed of the internet with reliance network
Hello Reliance,
I am purchasing 99 Reliance Internet pack from 4 to 5 months 3GB download with my N70 3G enabled mobile.I got Good speed up to 35 to 45 kbps download speed at night it was increased.
But what i say from this month Reliance expanded 6GB download and i am shocked to saw that 6 to 11 kbps download speed is given whatever day and night. Many of my work was hampered due to your Poor Speed.
So i am complained to customer care, as usual they can't solved my problem.

Please give a committment, if you can't keep your words to provide 3.1 mb per second speed within a week, you will give 6 months free service, or you will take your device back and return all payment and provide apologize letter to me.

I have no hesitation to point, customer and techie support is highly poor. The reason behind:-

Customer support posted mobile provided at this post is not working. Its my regular mobile and not sure how did they notice, mobile is not working. On next day, I provided alternate number but then after did not hear anything back.

Techie support has not come forward to understand why this issue, either device has problem, locality signal is concern.

Not sure, if Reliance is serious with this business.
Reliance customer called me ([protected]) from [protected] at 04/07/2011: 10:32 am. Customer care representative (CSR) disconnect the phone, when i asked what is her name. I noticed CSR was not in favor of listening concerned and also listen and ignore with nature.

I posted complaint in regard to poor reliance netconnect speed in hyderabad. Today Reliance customer care confirmed, - There is a network problem in hyderabad and it will be resolved by 31st August, 2011.

When asked, when this problem started, customer care replied - Hyderabad city is having this problem from long time.

If this your concern and attitude, why i can't ask you to return my device cost at the earliest. Also i would like you to stop selling this device in hyderabad, if there is such problem.

Its a kind of cheating and fraud with customer, which you should not do.
Fully agree with you. Same thing with me here. This is the worst service I ever had. Guys don't even think about this service, you will end up scratching your head. Sometimes it takes around 30sec to load Google page and frequent disconnection. Go for some other service...
yes we located in ambattur O.T chennai, I bought reliance datacard 3.1mbps speed & my card# [protected], I have the same netconnection problem as mentioned above, when i contacted customer service said they having some connection problem in ambattur side in chennai and promised that will get resolved within 31 of August 2011 they gave me reference# also[protected] & [protected], later i called again on 1st of september 2011 they again saying the same unacceptable excuse and said it will resolve in another 2 more months. now am receiving less than 110 kbs. this reliance service gets poor & poorer worst connection ever had. . it take half an hour to load 1minute video. very poor service & poor connection
Same here. They make the same reply to everyone. They also told me that it will get resolved by 31st August. I have stopped calling up customer care. Its of no use. Im going to disconnect it.

hi sir i am the owner of this no: [protected].i had many complaints in reliance customer care but no solution.my complaint for netconnect poor speed i have very poor speed.i week ago i had use normal speed but this week i very tired with this speed.....i want to improve my speed.i cant change my no:,bcoz this is my office.it is very important for me...... pls sir i request u to help me for this problem.
