[Resolved]  Reliance Netconnect Mg880 USB Modem — service @ reliance Centres are Absolutely Pathetic

I got this Postpaid Net connect MG880 USB Modem 4days before,
i was told that after Verification you get the required MDN no. and it will be provided at your place, but there was no response from the center, ultimately i had to go an collect it after 2days.
I installed it and only to find that my dialer is locked and only emergency call can be made... bingo
i checked the setting, but it was locked, i could not get connect to register my account. i called @ customer care, only to find that their attendant are so busy that they took almost anything between 15 -20 min. to answer the call, above all they kept transfer the call form one to another... and at last i found someone purely related to net department she was not able to understand the problem... so she diverted me to go to service center and get the modem checked and unlock the modem

Well ! I went here only to find that this guy has moved his office form here six month back... a mistake i made i dint call

i went Borivili Reliance Center @ chandraverkar lane, again to find that all working guys just flirting around with their counter partners and chatting and no one seem to tack care of people waiting, upon that they had no clue of what the problem is, an hence definitely had no solution for that...
After a while they told me to go to Borivili Gokul shopping center
i went there only to get disappointed... same Replay we don't know the problem and we re not authorized to solve Net connect MG880 USB Modem.

To summaries it:-

1. No body seem to understand the problem.

2. Long holds on Care no.( just keep waiting)

3. Working people as they are young and enthu...has no respect and value of time of others.

4. Misguidance.

5. No appropriate solution for one of the kind Problems.

6. No Update of their Data Bank, Who are link to Their Service Centers and who is not, with lack
of related categories of their services that they provide.

I need answers for my problems, as every thing has cost me money, and intend to get full benefit of the services which comes with the pack...( I am not getting the software advantage like
net booster ) but i am able to connect to net with windows network rout.

Please send engineer at my place to get my dialer up and running.
Hope for the better service for One and for All.
Above Pointers will be considered to Better Future and Professionalism.

Few days before I purchased a Reliance Net card ( ZTE MG 880 ) for my laptop. From the purchasing day onwards i am facing the problem to connent to any website. When I try to connect immediately connect and with immediate it is also disconnect. I already made several complains to the customer care, but no one giving the proper reply. Please help me.

Reliance Netconnect MG880 USB Modem — service

I did a recharge of Rs1099 on 13dec2008 at 7:00pm for my Reliance Netconnect MG880 USB Modem prepaid. After that when i tried to connect then it started trowing error that "connection closed by the remote computer". When i called customer care then they told me to do additional recharge of some amount. when I went to reliance web world (FORUM mall, BANGALORE) they said there is no need of any recharge. call customer care to sort out this problem. That day I made 11 calls to customer care.I did one more recharge of Rs50. p of customer care excuses..."sir i am not technical guy i cant help", "i am unable to see your details, call after some time", "you need to do some more recharge", "our servers are down" ... but problem was not fixed.
after all this when i tried to contact any senior executive on 15thDec then they told me that there is no senior executive, after some argument They gave me their nodal officer no: [protected]. when i called(5 times) on this number no body picked up.

Now on 16dec I again called the same no, some officer picked the call. After giving the details I told them to cancel my recharge and return my money, she asked my alternate contact number and told me that they will update me in 24 hrs. its now more than 48 hr still i have not received any call from them.

Now i am fade up of my reliance net connect. I paid the money for my connection, did recharge still service is missing from the so called INDIA's No one network.
I got delayed at my work becouse of reliance, I faced so much of dis comforts...But reliance ( set o[censored]nqualified professionals, worst network management, having worst servers, people sleeping at job) they still claim the best.
I got the postpaid connect cdma data modem MG880+ on 16-4-09 but on 17-4-09 i cant browes the internet from that same modem and i feedback to the custemer care they wont respons correctly so please solve thies problem as posibal as fast.

Reliance Data Card — Absolutely Pathetic Services

My Internet Reliance Data Card with number [protected], in my name only is Barred from last three months . Have logged atleast 20 email complaints but no revert till now . i am really frustated with teh services from Reliance . Every time whenever i speak to these people - the same answer - Sir " It will be corrected within 2 days time" But the span for these 2 days seems to be like Forever . Also on the top of everything - The two guys whome i was co-rordinating with have stopped taking my calls.0

I am really frustated to the core due to these servics and want some solution.

If possible please pass on this message to Reliance Management people to cover this up..

I am using MG880 it was working perfectly but since 2 days it is giving problem 721 and One lock mark is displaying on network connection.I am calling to reliance CC department but they are not giving me right answer.I am not able to do my business.
please make sure which type of problem is this.
I am using prepaid Zte MG880+, The password For my modem is [protected].
but it does not working .the modem show Access denied message kindly help me

My name is yashkant singh. I have paid cash having recipt no. [protected] for relaince netconnect by cash payment on 17th Feb 2011. The person named pankaj who called me number of times untill I paid cash & told me that it will be activated in 7 days.He asked me to contact a person name Delip Bisht for the activation and provided me his mobile number.But still my connection is not activated. I have called them so many times from last one month. Right now the situation is such that Mr. Pankaj is not picking my phone & if fortunately picking when I am calling from some other no. then the person on the phone is either his company guard or some calleague. Please tell me the way how can I get my money back because now this connection is useless for me since I am going to change my room in next coming month.

Reliance Netconnect USB — Pathetic Service

Dear Sir,

I have purchased a reliance net conncet USB on 1st October by paying three months advance rental. The services got disconnected without my prior intimation on 9th October. When I contacted reliance customer care, I have been informed to try few times and it will automatically restart. I tried the whole day and when still I was not able to connect the same, I again contacted the customer care, then I received a response that submit the documents at reliance web world.

How can someone disconnect the connection with prior approval, especially when I have submitted all the documents and paid three months advance rentals?

I want to cancel the connection and the customer care is insisting me that first I need to activate the conncetion and then only they can cancel it. They are actually harassing the customers, they have already received three months advance rental so they do not bother about customer now.

I want my full money back and additional 5000 rs towards mental stress which I suffered during last two days. I request you to kindly take the appropriate action at the earliest.
