[Resolved] Reliance Netconnect Mg880 USB Modem — service @ reliance Centres are Absolutely Pathetic
I got this Postpaid Net connect MG880 USB Modem 4days before,
i was told that after Verification you get the required MDN no. and it will be provided at your place, but there was no response from the center, ultimately i had to go an collect it after 2days.
I installed it and only to find that my dialer is locked and only emergency call can be made... bingo
i checked the setting, but it was locked, i could not get connect to register my account. i called @ customer care, only to find that their attendant are so busy that they took almost anything between 15 -20 min. to answer the call, above all they kept transfer the call form one to another... and at last i found someone purely related to net department she was not able to understand the problem... so she diverted me to go to service center and get the modem checked and unlock the modem

Well ! I went here only to find that this guy has moved his office form here six month back... a mistake i made i dint call
i went Borivili Reliance Center @ chandraverkar lane, again to find that all working guys just flirting around with their counter partners and chatting and no one seem to tack care of people waiting, upon that they had no clue of what the problem is, an hence definitely had no solution for that...
After a while they told me to go to Borivili Gokul shopping center
i went there only to get disappointed... same Replay we don't know the problem and we re not authorized to solve Net connect MG880 USB Modem.
To summaries it:-
1. No body seem to understand the problem.
2. Long holds on Care no.( just keep waiting)
3. Working people as they are young and enthu...has no respect and value of time of others.
5. No appropriate solution for one of the kind Problems.
6. No Update of their Data Bank, Who are link to Their Service Centers and who is not, with lack
of related categories of their services that they provide.
I need answers for my problems, as every thing has cost me money, and intend to get full benefit of the services which comes with the pack...( I am not getting the software advantage like
net booster ) but i am able to connect to net with windows network rout.
Please send engineer at my place to get my dialer up and running.
