Sir, i m RIM user, and network problem facing since - 1 feb. specially in my area (Jamshedpur_Mango_Pardih).

Plz do something about this matter.

i am from akodia mandi (m.p)(shujalpur) very poor network of smart (relience) and some no network 12pm - 6pm sometime please solve our problem..thanks

I have taken Reliance Hello and Reliance Mobile on July 2007, but upto now we are facing network problems. Your Customer Executives always told me that we are working for establishing Router..but upto now problem is not solved.

Reliance Mobile — Bad network

In Mizoram the reliance mobile subscribers are facing a very bad network availability, sometimes we do not have a network for about 3/4 continuous days, and we are never paid any compensation for it. Many of the subscribers are shifting to other network providers, but for some o[censored]s whose mobile number should not be changed due to bussiness and work reasons it has been a problem. complaining here does not make anything better. What should we do?

smart gsm bihar — network failure almost everytime

pure bihar me kaisa network rahta I don"t know lekin bhagalpur jile ke naugachia town me tower anytime fail hi rahta hai lagbhah mahine me 15 din gol usme sabse jyada nuksan jo GPRS ka 303 ka monthly voucher dalwata hai uska 150 ruppaya company muft me tan leti hai aur customer bina net connection ke Sath me kam bhi harja hota hai Tower ke intzar me rahna padta hai.maine kai bar iske adhikariyon ko [protected]/[protected] par phone bhi kiya to unka jabab tha ki Yeh mera department nahin hai. Esi wajah se naugachia me SMART GSM puri tarah se failure hai.

RIM — very bad network

I am living in Muzaffarpur, Bihar...Here network is very bad in my reliance mobile.call is disconnected in the middle and message is displayed "call could not be completed please try again later".please do something

Reliance — Network,

I was complain to Relience befor 18days for network problem, i mean 16August and they gave me 14 days time and say they will solve out this problem with in 14 days....
but till now there is no solution for this problem....another problem is that when network responseded but the number is out of reach....
plz help

Here network is very bad in my reliance mobile.call is disconnected in the middle and message is displayed "call could not be completed please try again later".please do something. sath hi mera khana hai ki aaj 3 se 4 din se mobile ka network nahi hai.[protected] se ab tak network nahi hai. jisse kafi paresani ka samna karna pad raha hai. aur naye saal me kisi ko bhi na msg aur na hi call hi kar paya. itna kharab network kisi bhi network compony mai nahi hai. sath hi LG-RD-3000 set main apne aap hi off on hote rahta hai aur tower nahi rahne per battery pua khatmn ho jata hai.
pls iss baat ko serious le nahi to humai aur koi kadam uthana padega. itni badi company hone ke bad bhi itna khrab service.

i am using reliance gsm sim since from one year from may 2009 but but at that time reliance gsm have not been launched at Hyderabad after two months it had launched at Hyderabad then after November i am facing network problem
when ever i will enter my home i have to search network manual mode and i can't keep on automatically mode because it will never searched automatically network
i have given many complaints about it
every time customer care will say we had send your complaint to network technical person till today date i am facing with same problem

i am reliance gsm user.
there in network problem in marura in dist (chapra) state (bihar).
if network problem is not solved in two days then i fake my prepaid sim.

RIM — Regular Failure of Network Services

Sir,
I am facing frequent network problem in Deoghar.I am unable to contact at the time o[censored]rgency.It has been observed that service is completly down for 2-3 days, when network goes down in regular interval.
I am regularly using STV for Rs299/- for my comfort.But I am fed up with the RIM services.I am requesting you to kindly do the needful at your end.

RIL has pathetic service and network. The network keeps disappearing everytime when you actually need it. Complaints never help. Your voice is overheard and overlooked. If you are amidst a communication the network suddenly disappears and you are off the call, try again and get connected and then again the same thing happens.. Its like Try and Try until you die. An absolute pathetic company and service.

i m reliance user (gsm), i have been facing network problem from the day i took new sim, and i won't get proper responce from cc, thy says please cal after 1hr, and if i ask them to take a complaint thy refuse us and disconect the call!!,
and now rim is planning to charge for cc calls, which shows you don' wan to help customers
