hello sir,

reliance is the name spreading in the all over in the most of the field and in various business. but in the filed of telecommunication, reliance is very poor then the new business competitor like uninor, aircel, docomo...

they are also providing good network then the reliance,

i am reliance gsm network user, but its network is very poor...if we think that its poor in inside of our home but its signal is very poor in outside of the home also...outside also its gives 2-3 signals...

i complained 5 months ago...still after 5 months also they are giving same revert that its in the process...

my problem is that how much time they will take to solve their one customer or user...or may be they have long- lengthy list of the customer who has a problem so after 5 months also they are not able to reach me and nt able to solve my problem...

my last option is only that in january i will use same no. and change my network.
solve my problem as early as possible...otherwise surely...in January u r going to loss ur one customer that is i...and like me so many are who will change their network in January...


so retain ur customer...otherwise switch over is more from reliance to other network...

n this is the big loss for the reliance...

i am a customer so i know the user the word of mouth better than u people.

Reliance company — I have facing network problem

I am regular customer of Reliance Company I have use reliance post paid service since last 2.6 year but now last two three month I have facing network problem due to I can’t use these service and I also complain to our customer care but he told only promise and they never complete, if reliance company could not take any dissection regarding my issue than I leave this number. Reliance Network — Balance Deduction

I have two reliance prepaid numbers...[protected] and [protected]. I have found that Rs 30 is being regularly cut from both my numbers against unwanted and unasked for promo schemes. This is highly unprofessional. Moreover, calling the customer care is another money making racket. The toll free numbers are always busy and *333 puts one on hold forever till you are finally disconnected. What kind of service is this? Will Mr ambani become richer by burning holes in the average man's pocket? Reliance is no more reliant. You are requested to reimburse the amount deducted from both my numbers so that one can choose different networks.

Reliance Network — No coverage in my office

i am using reliance cdma network my mobile no is [protected]. i have complaint so many time to reliance that there is no notwork coverage in my office situated in cbd belapur navi mumbai. there is reliance tower in same building but still facing same problem.

we are facing network failure in our area mansar mp raod ramtek and we are not able to reach customer without reliance phones.every body is in problem

i m customer of reliance network from past 8 months.these ppl deduct charges for unnecesary schemes which was not requested by me.Without any proper reason Rs 30 has been deducted from my account. And i had the same problem for the previous month also saying dat i have activated for the cricket updates pack..i dont even watch crickt over the internet y the hell wil i subscribe for such stupid pack tell me ..!!! usually i dont even switch on this mobile regulary..Customer executive says that a service has been activated from the user only...They are just making fake charges.this is for the second time im facing this problem.this is really disgusting...why the hell do i subscribe for such stupid packs..!!!..and one more painful thing is speaking to the customer care people..they dont even respond properly..y the hell shud i pay for these unused and
