[Resolved] Reliance One — Reliance One Card not received | |||
My name is vinod kumar gupta. I am a resident of Q 103, Bhagat Enclave, Itwar Bazar, Uttam Nagar, New Delhi 110059. I am a regular customer of Reliance One Departmental Store. About one year ago I applied for Reliance Customer Card and I was issued a temporary Card no. [protected] at the Reliance Departmental Store located at Uttam nagar, New Delhi. I was assured that shortly I will receive a permanent membership card. Neither I have been isued any Reliance membership card so far nor I have received any information about the points earned by me so far. Kindly send me a permanent membership card at the earliest. Reliance One Card not recd

Last year i filled all the details for your Reliance one card at your Reliance Mart outlet at Tirupati, got temporary card(no [protected]), but as of now i had not recd permanent card, kindly look into the matter and arrange to despatch the same at earlist possible.

I have a temporary Reliance card bearing Sl No [protected] which I got from reliancefresh store at Tin plate (Golmuri) Jamshedpur (JK)
Kindly issue a permanent card instead.Last one year waiting for this card .I have checked with Reliance fresh shop.
Inform at my email if anything else is needed to get the permanent one.
