[Resolved] Reliance One — Deny redeem | |||
Sir, I got Reliance one card six months back from your Reliance fresh outlet at Kanakanager , Post RT Nagar, Bangalore 32, . I have already made purchase more than Rs. 9000/-. I want to redeem my points which is earned in my card, but six times I have been refused stating that my data has not been updated into system and will get back to me shortly. reliance one — Poor and Dismal Service
Dear Sir/Madam,I am a regular and old customer of reliance store at Indraprastha colony sec 30--33 Faridabad and my membership no. is [protected] ( in my wife's name)
I usually go to the store after it opens in the morning and invariably I find the veggie section in a horrible messy condition, and in this particular store items required are never in their allotted spaces and to make matters worse staff is always busy chatting, I fear if this is your customer satisfaction policy then your enterprise is also headed the same way as SUBHIKHSHA...I would hate to see u suffer the same fate, so pls pull up ur socks till their is sometime left or it will be too late
Especially highly uncouth and rude is ur security staff and I hate to name persons in a complaint letter but one Het Ram esp today 18/02/2009 when I was complaining about the mess oin the store he behaved very badly, which will make me and other residents to think twice about going to ur store for purchases.
For ur information I am an Eye consultant formerly with Fortis Escorts Hospital and now in pvt practice and also I am General Secretary of Indian Medical Association .
I would love to see what action/corrective measures u take for such behaviour and also what policy u may adopt to prevent such ugly incidents in future.
