Dear Sir Last year i filled all the details for your Reliance one card at your Reliance Fresh outlet at Fatima nagar, pune,got temporary card(no [protected]), but as of now i had not recd permanent card, spoken to your customer care two month back they confirm the address etc but i had not recd the same, kindly look into the matter and arrange to despatch the same at earlist possible. More than a year back, I filled all the details for your Reliance one card at your Reliance Fresh outlet at Bangalore, got temporary Card# [protected], but as of now i had not recd permanent card.
They always say that they don't have my details but many times i got sms from them about their offers mentioning Mr Sharma, if they don't have my details then how come they know my Mobile No and My Name also?
Spoken to your customer care many times but i had not recd the same, kindly look into the matter and arrange to dispatch the same at earliest possible.
