[Resolved] Reliance One Card — permanent card not issued

Dear Sir i had filled all the details for your Reliance one card at your Reliance Fresh outlet at ramanatukara four months back, got temporary card(no [protected]), but as of now i had not recd permanent card, spoken to your customer care two month back they confirm the address etc but i had not recd the same, kindly look into the matter and arrange to dispatch the same at earliest possible. back and purchases have been made to the tune of Rs 50000/= so far. But so far Permanent Card not issued
