[Resolved]  Reliance Postpaid mobile — Billing / Customer executive misguidance

Dear Sir,

This is to bring to your kind notice that i am your customer of reliance cdma postpaid mobile phone number [protected] from many years paying all the bills on time. I am using the 440 plan in which your customer care executive provided me the information of all over india reliance to reliance mobiles calling free. Therefore i used it for calling reliance to reliance and was shocked on seeing the unbilled message of Rs.1963 in january after which i called customer care executive again who told me that your reliance to reliance mobile is definitely free to all over india and this amount will be deducted at the time of billing and that i should pay a sum of Rs. 500 at that time, so i immediately made an online payment of Rs. 500 but to add to my hard surprise the bill of Rs. 2905.36 arrived to me. I lodged a complaint no.[protected] in your customer care with no result yet. Then i spoke in your appellate authority to Mr. Ganesh Chaudhory who after 30 minutes of conversation declined for waiver. Therefore i am forced to terminate this number now due to the misguidance and lack of information of your customer care executives. As far as my bill is concerned i had paid Rs. 500 in advance and not left with any legal due to your company.
Therefore i request you to please look seriously to my complaint ( you can hear to the audio clips of the calls made by me to your customer care in january 2012 to authenticate and verify my complaint) and provide a waiver for the same by today itself and compliance of the mental harassment caused by reliance to me or else reliance itself would be responsible for termination.

Reliance Postpaid mobile — Poor Cutomer care and harsh staff

Dear All,
I purchased a reliance postpaid mobile connection long back in 2004. I got good services till last year, but things changed & problems started just when i changed my plan to Rs. 124/month rental plan. They don't send me My reliance bill through courier now nor they respond to my queries. They have kept the customer care number(*333) busy and i am feeling that they differentiate among their subscribers. Earlier i felt that reliance was the best service provider but now i feel that i must stop my subscriptions to them and also not tell others to buy a reliance mobile as i now find it the worst provider in the market.

They never pick up your calls(customer care no.*333)
They don't pick your calls in appellate authority offices.
They talk harshly when you have to go to their offices to pay your bill( whereas they told people that they will personnaly take your money from home)
They don't send you bills by courier
They are the worst providers.
Thats what i have to say.
Please help me..
It is not like that. Reliance service is too good and in best prices. It might possible that there are some technical fault.

Call at call centre at *222. They respond to you and listen your queries.
Dear Sir/Mam,
I don't know how your customer service team has misguided you by telling that the matter has been resolved to my satisfaction. In fact nothing has been done for the compliance of the aforesaid complaint. It seems that your department themselves decide for the satisfaction of the customer even if the customer is totally unsatisfied. Please do the needful asap or else you yourself would be responsible for the termination of this number and i am not liable for any wrong charges implied by you as i had already paid the rental Rs. 500 in advance as also mentioned previously.
