[Resolved]  Reliance Postpaid mobile — Name Change not processed

I have 2 mobiles with Reliance.Since May my name has been changed to Ms.Pankaja Sharma.I had bought my mobiles with the surname Indoria.Since May, I have been placing requests for my surname change but for no benefit.Last month I wrote a complaint though e-mail.Within 2 days I got a confirmation that my name has been changed on both numbers.But it was so pathetic to see my currents bills in the the old name.The worst part is that I have to wait till my next bill comes so as to know that my name hasnt been changed.Your representatives at the webworld advise me to take a new connection.This has really made me think that if I have to take a new number then why with Reliance where such small matters become major issues.Do we have only the work of getting name changed at Reliance?
I have been paying my bills much before the due dates.Your people tell me that I became a gold customer in very less time due to this.How does it benefit me in terms of service?Your records might show me as gold or whatever customer.I am getting such a horrible response.
I could simply not expect that even after writing the complaints mail last month, my bill would come in the old name itself.I have faced many other issues with Reliance.I dont even feel like talking about them now.
This is my last effort towards this.If now my name doesnt get changed and I dont get my next bill in my new name, I shall cease my commitment with your company, where people cant do their work properly.
