Reliance Postpaid mobile — telephone barred from 28 sept. | |||
my phone no. is [protected], my phone is put out service from 28th sept. the reason coated after calling *222 is no documentation summited for re-verification, they also claimed that sms regarding the same was send on 27th sept. after checking my inbox no such sms was received. i am very sorry say that customer care should have given me a call before barring my number. in fact end less calls are given to ensure that i will pay my due bill in time, then why not before takeing action.i am reliance customer for last many years (there are 3 more customer in my family). after complaining to *222 you land up hearing justification for action taken. i am very sorry to say that reliance does not care for there customer like me. i am a central govt. servant working at Igatpuri i return nashik only after 7 pm & so unable to furnish required documentation. this is the only mobile i have & dose not have any land line, so just imagine the inconvenience faced by me because of your action. let me pray god to give you better inside of customer anjali soundankar Was this information helpful? | |||
