[Resolved] Reliance Postpaid mobile — settlement of complaint | |
dear sir, i have played cash & gold contest from my mobile no:-[protected] on 26th feb and make 3640 points.as per the rule i have to make 3000 points only.in this gold coin is assured prize & 5 lac is grand prize .but after making points i have talk sevral times to coustomer care no *333, reliance web world for my claim no body can respone me. lastly i have stop my payment of 151 untis charges Rs:-1060/- which is bill on me during the play contest and give 1 complain regarding this on *333.i have keep the compline no.during this prosses sevral time my in coming & out going call are cut by reliance & i have face lot of problem due non incoming facilty on my mobile bcz i m doing job & so many places my no should be given.last one & half month back my no should be terminated by reliance without any information. so plz help me regarding this. regards, rajesh jsr Was this information helpful? | |

Reliance Postpaid mobile — Guidelines for converting Postpaid to prepaid
Dear Sir,I am having postpaid mobile [protected] under budget plan 249 since approx. 6 years. I am interested in converting it to prepaid with no change in number.
Shall be grateful if formalities involved as per the guidelines are intimated to me.

We had filed complain of continual connection, we are facing & also informed “Customer Care” on 23-09-09 and we had been assured by customer care & Baroda office to rectify the connectivity problem in 10 days. But till the time of writing this letter, the problem continuous.
We were to buy few more connections for mobiles. But we could not take decision due to no co-operation from your side in solving our problem.
Now we are sending this final letter & if no action is taken to solve the problem, you will force us to divert our connections from your company & take new connections from other service provider.
Please do favourable reply to us.

Reliance — Postpaid number refused by me but agent is using the same on my name.
Two months ago, i got a GSK no. throuhg a sales man named Mr. Surender, we it can not activated on my cell so i refused to used the same and told Mr. Surender to cancell this no. but 5 days before i received a bill of that no. at my home. When i call on this no. Mr. Ghanshyam is receiving the call and talk. Which is not right legaly.
