[Resolved]  Reliance Postpaid mobile — plan change request posted in april but not in force till september

Dear sir,

I have made a request to change reliance mobile bill plan from Plan -NJ199SOHO to NJ1199ADV, this request was made at akbarpur on dated- 21/04/2008 payment slip is attached with this mail. According to bill paln call rate should be Rs.0.15 on reliance and Rs.0.25 on other network. But i am countiniously paying @ Rs.0.90/min from last four months, my new bill plan is not effective till date.
My mobile number - [protected] is disconected due to non payment of bill. Plz look into the matter seriously and arjust my all the call made from 21st april @ requested new plan, and unbard my all outgoing calls as soon as possible.
