ref:-your letter Of dt 11/3, no.2135844, i was informed that as per my application no 85528001 warrant 192747.a refund order is un- encashed. the said warrant is lost between post office and my house.we have not received but post man docs shows signature which does not matches my wife or son.it is in dispute who has received it. therefore i put in request to inform bankers to stop payments immediately before it falls in wrong hands.once ur bank confirms then only u arrange payment.we shall prefer ecs .i am giving u codes for money transfer;-rtgs/neft/ifsc ;-hdfc 0000088, micr[protected] saving account no.oo[protected], HDFC Bank, ANSAL FORTUNE ARCADE, K- BLOCK, SECTOR 18, NOIDA PIN201303 U.P.or DP ID;IN301549 and CLIENT ID ;-15577O39 in the same bank HDFC MY name RAVISH CHANDRA VERMA, thanks. Reliance Power IPO — Reliance Power IPO Refund warrant remains un-encashed
Your office memo no. KCSPL/ADAG/RPOWER/REF/3551449 dated 11.03.08. In this connection it is submitted that 17 Nos. Reliance Power Share were allotted to me vide application no. 58801677. A refund warrant no. 068545 dated 01.02.08 valid upto 30.04.08 was sent to me in which the name of Bank was shown as ILKAL URBAN CO-OP Bank instead of ICICI Bank Hisar due to which the said refund warrant was not encashed .The refund warrant in original alongwith photocopy of Demat Account Client Master was sent to your company for the issuance of new refund warrant at an early date. But the same has not been issued so far.
I therefore request you to issue a new refund warrant at the earliest for which I shall be very thankful to you for this act of kindness.
