Reliance Power Ltd — Non receipt of refund or allotment

I had applied for 225 shares for Reliance Power Ltd. IPO on 17.01.2008 vide application no. 45604305 and the same was submitted in Dehradun. I paid Rs.25,875/- along with the application thru cheque drawn on State Bank of India, Tel Bhavan Branch, Dehradun. Till date I have not received any refund or allotment of shares. I had applied for 225 shares for Reliance Power Ltd. IPO on 18.01.2008 vide application no. 32444563 and the same was submitted in ahmedabad. I paid Rs.96750/- along with the application thru cheque [ cheque no:- 080908 ] drawn on The Ahmedabad Dist. Co Op Bank Ltd, Rakhial branch Ahmedabad.

Till date I have not received any refund or allotment of shares. Kindly help me to get the refund soon.

I visit daily in Karvy Consultancy [ local branch, Ahmedabad ] for the same matter but I haven’t receive any satisfaction answer and any genuine reply from there. And very stupid staff there, I gave a necessary document at 7 time but till date nobody give help me and reply to me.
