Dear Mr Sudhershan,
I am surprised with the customer service at RIL retail. I always belived Reliance as a ehtical company .

the sofa was bought by me on Sep 10. You have the details
Your expert visited and himself agreed this is a defect
Really shocking to see your gurantee of 6 months where as leatherite is cracking on 3 seater at many places and spring also in the middle seat getting dislocated
Your person saw that the sofa is rarely used specially the middle seat
Pl review your decision or connecting me to the decision maker in your company
I feel cheated as a customer and would forward this issue to the consumer forum if this is not addrssed to my satisfaction

Your carpenter finally visited our house regarding the above complaint.

He was also surprised with the issue, He took the pictures and himsel[censored]ndertood the problem.

Pl revert with the replacement as I don’t think this is repairable.
