[Resolved]  Reliance Smart GSM Prepaid Service (Bihar) — poor service

Sir,
I use Reliance Smart GSM pre-paid service (Bihar). Whenever i try calling 401 to recharge and 402 to know my balance i am told that due to some technical problem my request can not be granted. this causes a lot of inconvenience.
Please look into the matter.

I am hemanta ray mob no [protected], using reliance smart gsm prepaid service since last 2 years . Now these days service become so poor to give a minimum satisfaction. Now i have habituated to tolarate the error in connection, network bussy, check oprator service ..these type of problem . plz if possible take some steps.
I have a one relince gsm smart . my no is [protected]. relince smart gsm service is very bad .
I want to Know that what is Customer Care No. ?
Please see you there is huge network problem in area PUSA (Bihar), no Connectivity and Call droping and Nosing continusly for 2 Weeks.

smart connection is very bad connection. saalo bakbas smart connection, its gprs is very slow . if this should be cont. i hope you the out come i.e what is the result. pliz take care.

i got lifetime connection of reliance smart 1 year ago.At that time company scheme was that without any terrif or power plus voucher my call rates are ---
i want to decrease my call rate you have more offers but i always miss the offers idont no your curent offers

They have given this scheme for 1 year and now they are closing it.How can they do this ?means automatically change their policy.this is a serius cheating with customers.

My Grandfather having Reliance Prepaid connection[protected].This connection is barred due to verification on call(as said by Customer care), At the time of connection we had given all relevant document & barred after 1 month due to their call verification.As we told them they are old person & only this is the way to communicate with them.As we again submitted all documents but till now the connection is not activated.
This is for kind information to Reliance people, the person for whom you have barred the connection is President Awardee, and you people say due to verification you have barred.Try to Understand the problem, if
an old person family away to them & you people give this type of problem instead of assistance.
Any way we want to resolve the issue.

I have a smart connection in my wife's name. Suddenly the mobile was lost. I called up the customer care for help on 23-05-8 on just 10.01 p.m. The customer care acted very rudely. Shall i expect somebody who is working in company such big as reliance react such rudely. I want the top level to take immediate action against the concern person.

Infact reliance smart is the worst and the most ineffecient service providers amongst. The worst thing that u want is that when u call a reliance smart customer and his phone is switched off there is no pre-recorded message which intimates the number has been switched off, only a beep repeats. Airtel is the best service provider
At the moment reliance smart is the worst and the most rubbish GSM service provider in the country. No message or pre-recorded voice provision in case the number is switched off. Poor customer support services, worst feedback. Airtel is the best.
i have problem with my mobile no.[protected]. i have rechared by lifetime scheme & recharged with top-up (300/-) on 25.05.08 since then my incoming & outgoing calls blocked. Reliance costomer care complaint no. [protected] dated 28/05/08.Please extend my validity.

I had taken Reliance smart life time connection two years ago in my mother's name Smt. Milan devi.My mobile no. is [protected]. Recently I have recharged the connection with Rs. 300 coupons on 18/04/2008. Till Monday, the std and local call rates was deducted as normal i.e., std Rs.1.25/ minute. But from Tuesday onwards, std call charges are deducted at more than Rs. 2.50/ minute. Kindly register my complain and take appropriate actions. Because in this case, it will be impossible for me to continue with the smart connection.

My Grandfather is using Reliance Prepaid connection ([protected]) & all incoming, outgoing is barred after 1 month of connection.When we contact to vendor, he told that due to address verification they have stopped the service. I just want to know what is the way of their verification. They have enquired on phone &taken all regarding information .After that we have given all related documents to vendor again to start the connection. Now it is 15 days & service is not resumed. When contact to vendor he says that within 1-2 days the service will be started.May i know that there is any rule & regulation through these people will be punished for this kind of act.

I am a Reliance GSM user of Assam. I want to know that can I access Assam to Bangalore by using your new traffic which was launch recently that Reliance to Reliance free in India at any time.
If I can access this offer please inform I will take another one connection for my family.
Despite my best efforts to contact customer care service on mobile, I could not contact the same. However, i have to lodge complain with regard to missing of my mobile no [protected] since[protected] at 0700 hrs. kindly arrange to freeze the no. with immediate effect so that misuse of the same be stopped.
