[Resolved]  Reliance Smart GSM Prepaid Service (Bihar) — poor service

Sir,
I use Reliance Smart GSM pre-paid service (Bihar). Whenever i try calling 401 to recharge and 402 to know my balance i am told that due to some technical problem my request can not be granted. this causes a lot of inconvenience.
Please look into the matter.

My mobile no is [protected].I stay in Dhanbad. yesterday
on 30.10 08 i recharged with your Rs.303.00 voucher for net surfing.
but still it not activated. I contacted several times your
local office at saraidhela Dhanbad office.They simply
reply we are helpless, there is a problem in the server
Sir, in the past also i experienced similar problem several
times.Sir, this is not at all expected from a company
like RELIANCE.This should be rectified immediately
Hoping an early solution to this problem
I have also a complain about ur GHATIA service.I hav had an e recharge of Rs 39 of weakend internet pack on 31st oct 08.As per ur offer GPRS service must b activated from 31st midnight or 01 nov instead of that the service was started on 2nd nov morning after making atleast 20 calls 2 cust care.I want an immediet action regarding this if not i will make a complain with PG cell DOT.My no is [protected]

On 25th Oct I had recharged my number by Top up of Rs 500, along which I was informed that I would be getting more talktime than the actual but since yet i haven't received any benefit from their side .I also have called the customer care of Reliance Smart GSM the executive over there replied to me that no paper voucher has been recharged in my number.Thats why my complain is that If the company is offering such schemes why don't they give us the benefits and if I haven't recharged by paper voucher then how did the balance came to my number. Kindly look into the matter.
I recharged with Rs.399 on 5th Nov'08 at 3.17 am so the offer is to call from local smart to smart for free and for 30 days.When I am checking the balance it is ok.but its not free .Rs .99 is being charged for making calls from local smart to smart. I complain on tall free no. nd my complain no. [protected]. i m sorry to say after 24 hours my complain is as usual. approx rs. 55 duduct in my balance. i kindly request to u plz solve my prob nd refund my deducted amount. my cell no. [protected].
Sir my hello tune automatically changed I want my old tune reactive that is (tu mile dil khile aur jeene ko kya chahiye femail voice) and my request to u renewed this tune automatically

without my information M-radio was activated and Rs-30 was dedcted from my balance & my bal. went into negative.what rubbish is this...& when i called customer care they did not provided us proper details to us & spoked to us rudely .& we have prof for this misbehaviour in the form of recording.my phone number from which my bal. was deducted is:-[protected].pls.do the needful asap.

You are the biggest cheater ever born in india, you says that you have bring revolution in telecom. industry, yes you have, but instead of bringing price down, it would be much better if you take service level up.
Reliance Smart GSM is the first service from where you guys have initiated the process, and today see, watt the bloody hell services you are providing to customer. People are using services just for reason, is that faith on reliance and old no.
Its like, dat ur dad has turned old and now u are treating him like a dog. Dont do such things wit atleast those who have brought u up, like reliance gsm services.

I am sure that you also dont use reliance services and use Airtel's for sure...

Sir/Madam,

I have been using the Smart GSM service since the launch in Jharkhand. Presently I am using a no.[protected] since long time and I would like to say that the service is not just bad, it is pathetic. Could you please respond as to why the company intend to run the service when they can't just have a simple call go through. Beside that you are sending hell lot of SMS's regarding several plans when your easy re-charge is down all time, so one can't re-charge, can't talk, simply can't do anything. Is there any intentions to harrase somebody un-necessarily?

Everytime when I try to make a call, it either shows "error in connection" or "network busy" on the screen and may be the call gets connected at times after several attempts.

I just wish the government start the facility of number portability soon so that I can change the provider. I and my family have been using lot of Reliance CDMA connections since begining and we donot expect such services at all.

send me all the information about the GPRS sservice and how i got enternate on my GPRS enable phone and information about the voucher
ur service is rubbish one i found, you have automatically made activated a caller tune for my no. [protected] for last 3 months and i had tried to deactivate it but due to urs bad service it has not been done, and in these 3 months u have deducted 90/- for this rubbish caller tune, so i wanted you to deactivate this tune as soon as possible
I WANT TO CHANGE MY SMART SIM DUE TO POOREST SERVICE OF SMART GSM. AND I WILL ADVICE ANOTHER USER TO CHANGE THE POOR SMART CARD.
really SMARTY GSM is the worst network provider in Bihar.
Each and every company in leading it and we those who had very old nos. of it have been trapped.We have no any other way but we should do one thing that we should motivate others to don't use the no. of Reliance GSM or CDMA . In this way we can force the company to give better facilities.Although we are paying very much but we are getting a stupid kind of network and high call rates.So the company should give us a best network.
