[Resolved]  Reliance Smart GSM Prepaid Service (Bihar) — poor service

I USED YOUR CONNECTION FOR LAST 6 YEARS.BUT FOR LAST MONTH YOUR SERVICE REALLY HAMPERED ALL MY WORKS DUE TO YOUR SIGNAL.EVERY TIME IT IS MENTION NO ACCESS. WHAT IS THIS? IF THESE PROBLEM CONTINUES THEN DEFINATELY WE ARE GOING TO SOME OTHER CONNECTION

sir, i have buy new sim last but not able to resive any messeages from anywhere since then...
i have given this number in mobilebanking!!
So, i request u to take the nesseseri steps as soon as possible.

Dear Sir,
I have taken a connection of Reliance GSM prepaid in 2007 and recharged it with 2 year`s validity. Sir I would like to tell you that it`s service is too much Poor, I never got thisconnection smooth. I am unable to make or receive any call, it`s a severe pain. In this time we are envisaging the flood or better you can say Catastrophe. This time it`s not possible to find out any PCO or any other source to make or receive call. It`s a only source for me to talk with my Family.
Therefore It`s a kind request to consider on it urgently so that All customer which have the same connection can make or receive call smoothly.

reliance smart service yani thagi ki dukaan.maine smart ka internet recharge karaya 301 rupaya me lekin ek din bhi internet connect nahi hua aur mera paisa bhi laps kar gaya.maine customer care me shikayat bhi ki aur complain no-[protected] bhi mila lekin koi fayada nahi hua.main kya karu?

from 7th sep no sgnal in sipara (patna)in smart prepaid mobile. we cant receive any phone and cant call to anyone due to no signal.if any body call to us they heared message phone is out of coverge area this proble for all sipara smarts mobile user

I am a Smart Gsm(Prepaid) Subscriber from April 2008. My number is [protected]. I recharge my account with Rs. 110 every month. And every month the service provider wrongly deduct some money from my acccount balance. This has become a regular practise. So i want to tell the other people that "Don't take a Smart Gsm connection ever in your life." Otherwise you will have to face same problems like me.

i want to know what is the calling charge for smart tunes..whenever i call up the customer care department i am told that the charges are 3 rs per min but whenever i am calling up the no for smart tunes i have been charged rs 6 per min..i have my smart tune activated and i want to deactivate it any how..bt rs is a lot..and finishes off the entire balance..and which no to dial for smart tune..??

Reliance is so is its owner.

I have taken a Smart sim with numner [protected] on 12sep2008.But till now it is not activated, when i contacted to customer support office in bhagalpur, they are saying that my no is activated but isn't.pls suggest what i do.

The worst Service in GSM mobile I am using my smart connection
for last three years the there is always some problem in this connection but for last four month I am suffering a hopeless problem thats no network in my flat I have complained for many times but no action is being taken against my complain I reside
in between bariatu Road, Ranchi capital of Jharkhand. And now
I have decided to go to the consumer court which is my last option

ya i do agree wth all these peoples,
reliance smart service is like hell, u rarely able to make call during d evening hours.i think they r using worst servers which r nt able to sustain that much load.
you cant recharge your balance in a single try, you hve to try atleast 20 to 30 time before it get recharged.
there is always some technical fault in there servers,
if you r lucky enough you will be able to talk to their call center executive.
I think they are taking us for granted, lets show them
