My incoming calls is active but outgoing is not active. When I call any person any mobile the response is please contact customer care. Please activate my service I am thankful to you.

Reliance — no incoming call after switch to reliance

i have a mob no [protected] of vodafone.when i switch to reliance,after 7days outgoing calls are okay but the main problem is that no incoming are done.when anyone try to make a call it is showing that you have dialled a wrong no.

my number [protected] i have purchaged this sim from gwalior but from 16/08/2011 my outgoing and message sending has been stop by ur company and i did not got any reponse from custmer care

dear sir
my number [protected] is barried form last 20 days. I discuss my problem with coustomer care but still my no is barried. so plz solve my problem as soon as possible. i have allready given all the documents.

I am Maulik Patel and my number [protected]. And I am also facing this problem. My all incoming calls are suddenly stopped and when I contact to customer care, they told me the problem will be solved within 3 days.

This is the worst customer service in telecom.

My self Ajit Singh using reliance smart Gsm, in my mobile incoming call not working, But when I am making a phone call to somebody, all are o.k
