RELIANCE SMART GSM SERVICE — regarding worst call services

i am from patna, bihar . reliance smart gsm service is the worst network of india.no voice is heard on both sides at least once whenever a call is made and balance gets deducted.most of my balance is wasted like this and company is doing nothing for this problem.they dont have a good network coverage. sometimes no network is available for whole day. its gprs service is also very bad.

i amitava nandi, using kolkata circle's reliance gsm mobile connection.
on 24th april 2009, i saw that, there was 30 rupee sort in my balance. so, i call customer care to know detail about this. they said, in your no. YOUTH PACK is activated. but i was not activate any such things. so i submit a complain to customer care, they give me complain no and tell me to wait for 48 hrs. after 48 hrs they tell me to wait some more time, bcoz they didn't get any feedback on that complain.when i call on 28th april, they said, its true that your balance is gone, and you'll get your balance within 24-48 hrs. yester day they said its your fault, so you couldn't get back such balance.

when i got the connection on 24th january, 2009. i submitted my documents, but my mobile no. is not in my name. customer care said about this that- to meet the retailer, to meet the reliance world or to meet to distributor point. and i do all of them but there, in reliance world, distributor point, they said this facility was stopped from september 2008.

so, my huble request to you that, please verify this matter, and help me to get me back my balance and help me to connection in my name. because from customer care i can't get any time of help. they just harassed me from the 1st day of getting the connection
