i prolay kayal, using kolkata circle's reliance gsm mobile connection.
on 8th junel 2009, i saw that, there was 30 rupee sort in my balance. so, i call customer care to know detail about this. they said, in your no. MASTI PACK is activated. but i was not activate any such things. so i submit a complain to customer care, they give me complain no and tell me to wait for 48 hrs. after 48 hrs they tell me to wait some more time, but they didn't get any feedback on that complain.so i call regulalrly on 10th june, 11th june 12th june 13th june & 14th june but anyone can give me right answer on this matter only they said, its true that your balance is gone, and you'll get your balance within 24-48 hrs, so i hopeless,

so, my huble request to you that, please verify this matter, and help me to get me back my balance, because from customer care i can't get any time of help. they just harassed me from the 1st day of getting this problem.

Smart GSM service — Worst network problem

Dear. MR/MS, I'm a 3years old subscriber-[protected], regular user of GPRS SERVICE, facing continuos network problem in my home area-ANDUL Supermarket, HOWRAH-711302, WESTBENGAL, sometimes it works again avarage it is vanished, i continuosly complain to the customer care(it's very hard to get connected), no perfect solution given, this time almost 1month yet no improvement done, what's the permanent solution?

I recharged my mobile no [protected], Himachal Range for internet connection by 303 charge. Inspite of repeated reminders/ calls to menu driven customer care, it has been not activated by sending All to 58200. My Rs 303 plus 5 X 5 has been gutted due to your poor services. There is also no MMS facilities in this GSM service.
