[Resolved]  Reliance Smart Gsm Service — recharge amount not credited

sir,
i am a deputy manager with Axis Bank, Jharsuguda.on 7th of october my brother recharged an easy recharge of rs 111/- on my sim bearing number [protected].
the amount was not credited and my balance showed rs 0.00.on asking the customer care, i was told that server is low and was kept at bay till 9th.now rs 5 has been deducted from it and balance stands at rs minus five.t
i talked to Mr Roshan Prusty at [protected], who tried to BULLY me by saying that the sim was not in my name and refused to register my complain saying he was not answereable to me
now i asked my brither to intervene. he being a doctor again asked the customer care number to let us know the fault details.bt each time they kept on saying server is low
if citizens like us are going through this nightmare, the plight of laymen is obvious.its not a MATTER OF RS 111 BUT D INTEGRITY OF A REPUTED COMPANY

I AM MOHAMMAD IMRAN QURESHI, I LIVE IN MUMBAI, I BROUGHT A NEW RELIANCE GSM CARD ON 18.01.09. MY GSM DID WORK STARTED FROM 21.01.09 AFTER 3 DAYS OF BROUGHTING, THEN I HAVE RECIVED MY LOCAL BALANCE AS LIKE 18.50/- FOR THE DAY AFTER THAT I DID RIFFIL MY GSM MOBILE FROM 50/- TOP UP FOR STD CALL, I USED ONLY 7.00/- MY LOCAL BALANCE AGAINST 18.50/- BUT UNFORUTNATLY MY LOCAL BALANCE SHOWING ON SCREEN OF BALANCE UPDATION, I WAS USE ONLY 7.00/- RUPEES I SHOCKED SEEN THAT MESSAGE THAT WHERE HAVE MY LOCAL BALANCE AS LIKE 11.00/- RIPEES, THEN I CALL 2 CUTOMER CARE, CUSTOMER CARE LINE *333 HAS BEEN BUSY FOR A LONG TIME I WAS CALL SO MANY TIME THEN AFTER THAT I RECIEVED A CALL BY A CSR THAT I COMPLAIN HIM ABOUT THAT SISTUATION HE TOLE ME A COMPLAIN REFERENCE NO. AS LIKE 88433 & SAY THAT UR REQUEST SOLVED IN 24 HOURS BUT STILL TILL NOW I HAVE NOT GET ANY RESPONCE FROM RTELIANCE GSM CSR SIDE.
this is nitin i have a reliance smart prepaid connection today i have done a top up of 399 for unlimited calls between reliance local no at 7.30 pm but my phone was switched off and when i came back home i saw that the top up is still not activated .how to get out of it and why they are taking so long

Reliance/Smart Recharge Coupens — Amount transferred not credited in Mobile

Dear Sir,
My father is using Reliance Smart services for quite long time. I have try to transfer two times of Rs. 10/- each of recharge voucher on 22nd of June, 09 and 23rd of June, 09, from our ICICI Bank Account No.[protected] to my father mobile No.[protected] who is presently residing at Bihar. As you know there is an option for Internet banking user of ICICI Bank that they may recharge there mobile around india through this option and accordingly From Delhi I have just wanted to transfer from ICICI Bank account, however the same has not been credited, can i know the details of non crediting the amount on the desired mobile.
Please clarify the same so that i can rectify my self or please send the details of categories of voucher available at different price for future course of action.
