Reliance Smart GSM — Regarding message delivery
Dear sir,I am a prepaid customer of reliance smart gsm mobile service. Now I am unable to send any message from my phone from 4th January2009. So many times I have complained regarding this with customer care (Bhubaneswar), but till today my problem has not been resolved . I have send a complain to you also before 15 days. This type of service is not expected from Reliance, a premier service provider company.
I am not getting proper response from the customer care Bhubaneswar after calling them also. They are simply ignoring the problems, otherwise my problem would not have persist from more than one month.
I do not know what the customer care executives are doing in Bhubaneswar ...?
Your immediate intervention is required for fix up my problem asap.

reliance (smart) — service problem
sir,i have my cell no. [protected].
almost for 40-50 times i have complained to remove the default smart tunes from my no. but they are unable to do it.
i have done as told by the customer care executives but it's not working at all.
the other problem is that i am unable to divert my call at all.
so please look in to the matter and solve it as soon as possible.
