With respect, we have to say that we are users of RELIANCE SMART GSM service from last three years. We live in Farakka Barrage Project Colony, P.O. Farakka Barrage, Distt. Murshidabad, Pin – 742212 (West Bengal). (FBP: This is an INTERNATIONAL project. There is distribution of Ganga water between India and Bangladesh.) There is very poor Network (Signal) so we are facing lots of problem regarding Network. In this Colony situated many Central Government Offices i.e. Farakka Barrage Project (FBP), Central Water Commission (CWC), Inland Waterways Authority of India (IWAI), IB office, Nation Thermal Power Corporation (NTPC), Central Industrial Security Force (CISF), Boarder Security Force (BSF), Forest Department, BDO office, Farakka Police Station, Government of West Bengal Health Department and Tourist places. There are a large number of populations (included staff and their families) residing here. Please solve this problem (improve your Network at Farakka) as soon as possible. Reliance GSM Services — No Network (Signal) in FBP Colony area
We are resident of FBP Colony situated in Farakka, Murshidabad Distict in West Bengal having Pin 742212. A mass population of our area are consumers of Reliance GSM Services. It is very painful to make the complain that there is dangours problem of Network (Signal) due to this we are facing deep truoubles in connecting to our callers.We have made so many complain to local retailer regarding the matter, but no response has been given by him.
This is our earnest request to improve Network (Signal) in our area so that we can avail the facilities of Reliance GSM Services otherwise we have only option to change the service provider such as Airtel, Vodafone, Tata etc whose Network is tramendus here.
Hoping our complain/problem will be solved as early as posible.
