[Resolved]  Reliance Smart GSM Services — About Smart Services

Respected Sir,
this is jitendra triapthi, residing in a small city of M.P., REWA is a customer of Reliance Mobile GSM services running in M.P. & C.G known as SMART GSM Services from last Five years. i got the connection in name of my father Mr.T.N. Tripathi and now-a-days i am using that cell phone. one month ago on[protected] reliance smart gsm service activate the rangrangeela offer pack for one month and they detected the 45 rupees for one month. but sir this service was not activated by me, i called to reliance customer care but they told me that we will not return the money to you, i deactivated the service on that day and they said that we deactivated the services but sir after one month they detect the 45 rupees once again sir, today i called to the customer care but they told me that this services are renew by the reliance gsm by itself and refuses for the money return, so sir on this consecquences i lost nearly 90 rupees from my mobile. i tried a lot for returning of my money but everytime they reject the my consideration, now sir i am hope less, but sir i am very much confident that if you will interfare with reliance smart gsm services on my matter they will certainly consider the my request.

my reliance gsm prepaid sim was not working when dailed from other phone its response was switched off .for this problem i consulted reliance office in tirupati[a.p] near by central park complex their response was very very bad they said to contact coustmer care my sim was not working how ican call they have no minimum commnsence how to takle coustemers please ineed yurs help my gsm number was [protected] please solve my problem with in a day sir it was soo much urgent ithink yu solve my problem dear sir/mam.
