[Resolved]  Reliance Smart GSM Services — Forcefully subscribing for Masti Ke Rang Pack in Reliance Smart

Dear Sir,

Last month a service called MKR ("Masti Ke Rang") services was activated against my number automatically and Rs.30 was deducted immediately. I complained about this to the customer care and after a lot of verification I was returned my Rs.30 and told that the service has been deactivated.

But to my grievance, this month also I was charged the same amount for renewal of the service for which I never registered, not even in my worst dreams. I complained to the customer care regarding this happening but they denied to help me out saying I subscribed for that "Masti Ke Rang" Pack.I talked to their higher officials and was informed that the subscription will be canceled within 48 hours starting from 28th of November. But to my astonishment I found a sms landing on my cell phone saying that I was charged correctly. I immediately called the customer care to inquire if my subscription was ceased but was told that due to some technical difficulties they could not unsubscribe me from that MKR pack.

Now Sir, my question is - how do I deal with this situation where I know that I never subscribed for any "Masti Ke Rang" Pack. Sir, am I to suffer this way every month due to THEIR technical difficulties?

Kindly suggest me where and how to lodge a complaint against the company.
