Last month a service called MKR ("Masti Ke Rang") services was activated against my number automatically and Rs.30 was deducted immediately. I complained about this to the customer care and after a lot of verification I was returned my Rs.30 and told that the service has been deactivated.

But to my grievance, this month also I was charged the same amount for renewal of the service for which...
