[Resolved] Reliance Super — fleecing the customers

Dear sir, On 16/7 i purchased some goods from jamnagar reliance super. bill no-#0112. The ammount was Rs. 177.04. The Usual rounding is -0.04 so the ammount should be Rs. 177.00 But the rounding calculated is +0.46 and the ammount became Rs. 177.50. And again the store didn't had the change so i got chocalates worth 2.5 Rs. ( I think so). DEAR SIR, I PURCHASED WHIRLPOOL AUTOMATIC WASHING MACHINE 6.5 KG FROM RELIANCE SUPER MARKET TANUKU ON 3/1/2012. THE RECEIPT NO IS C-9174, THE AMOUNT OF BILL IS RS: 12, 990/-. CONCERN PERSON RAMESH TOLD ME THAT IT WILL TAKE 7 DAYS TIME FOR MACHINE TO GET DELIVER AS IT IS COMING FROM VIJAYAWADA.

I JUST WANT TO KNOW IS IT REALLY TAKING THAT MUCH TIME TO COME FROM VIJAYAWADA. MOREOVER WE PAID CASH MONEY ON COUNTER AND ORIGINAL RECEIPT IS KEPT BY HIM WITHOUT FILLING ANY BOOK OR SOMETHING.

KINDLY GUIDE US AND LET US KNOW WHEN DO WE GET OUR MACHINE..
