[Resolved] Reliance Super — Ver bad Customer Service

We are regular customers to Reliance Super and shop every month with an Avg Billing amount of Rs 4500/-. This time when we went as usual for shopping at the Gurgoan DT mall in Reliance super we treated very badly by the staff there. When we asked if we have any offers, they refused and even when we told them we are regual customers, they just refused to entertain us. The was this floor manager by name Sanjeev das, who is really not fit to be in customer support beause he does not even know how to talk to customers. He also quoted his name wrongly to us as Sajeev Bharadwaj when we said we would surely complian about the whole incident. It is these people who are forcing us to go back to Big Bazaar where we used to purchse earlier than this. But yes at this point of time i would really like to apprecaite Chandra Prakash who really took extra comforts to make us feel better after all that had happnd. I am residing at bibikulam at madurai in tamilnadu, there is a reliance super in our area, we are purchacing regularly at your retail outlet. I have a membership card also. recently around one year the people who are working at your outlet are informing over phone to their relatives, friends and whoever they want on the period whenever the offers are being anounced by the head office. They have been given priority to buy first when the outlets business starts and almost all the offers were closed before the real customers come to buy from the outlet. This seems to create a very bad reputation for your outlet, kindly look into this and resolve. If you would realy like to find out whether this sort o[censored]n ethical thing is going on kindly depute some one during the next recent offer date so that you can realy improve the business with people who realy love to shop at your reliance super outlet.
