[Resolved]  Reliance Telecom Ltd — Suddenly Balance Deduction

I m Navneet Soni,My Cell no.[protected].i m complaining that suddenly 2000 Rs.balance has been deducted without any usage Already 10 Time complain has been send but not response for balance refund.Last time i m talking with Mitesh DAKC and given resolution that case escalated to head officer.if my balance not refunded after than i will go consumer forum.i have proof fully documented with software.

RELIANCE TELECOM LTD — Change in last due date for payment of bills without intimation

Hi,
I am using Reliance Communication Services for last 3 years and every year after Feb, they change the last due date by 2 days, hence making user to pay additional Monthly Rental for 2 days. For my case, my bill generation date is 11 of Every month and last payment due date is 1st of Every month for the last year till Feb, but for the current month, Reliance has changed the last due date to 29. This is leading to following issues -
a) Change in last due date is causing consumers to pay 2 days extra rental for the month. If there are 10 Mn consumers, then it can be easily estimated how much extra money they are earning with this.
b) Change in last due date without intimation leads to Late payment by consumer which is encashed by Reliance
c) Change from 1st of Every month to 29 of month cause consumer difficulty as generally salary is being paid by 1st by employers.

This is not only one case, apart from this following issues also needs to be noted -
a) When I took the Reliance 770 plan, the local calls were charged for Rs. 1 per Minute, later the pulse has been changed to 45 Seconds
b) Initially there was no CLIP charges on the plan which was later being added to bill for Rs. 75 per month, although TRAI has issued orders not to charge CLIP charges to customers.

Request the Consumer Forum to to take the issue at priority and get them resolved ASAP for unfair charges on services by the Company.

I had registered complaint with Reliance Infocomm. Complaint Number: 65976780 dated 26 March 08 at 9:50 AM.

Reliance communucations — changae of due date for payment

Dear Sir,

My Mobile No.[protected].
its payment due date is 30the of every month.
It is a post paid connection.
My monthly bill is approximately Rs.550/-
I have difficulty to pay the payment by 30th.

It is requested to change the date to 10th of every month.

It will be helpful to me to make the payment without fine of Rs.50/-

I am getting the salary by 10th of every month.

Please do the needful considering my request.

RELIANCE TELECOM LTD — cheatting and not solving the problems

i have recharged my number [protected] connection is in name of R.C.LUNIA (grand father) with a life time card and i am regulary recharging it with RS1000 in every two month which complets my terms to be in life time conditions but the company has expired my life time validity even though i have more than 500+ rs in my account balance i have made a complaint to company call center my complain NO.[protected] at date 1.4.09 the told me they will solve my problem within 24 hrs but today 3.4.09 the are still saying its in progress and they need 24 hrs more, i want to switch my prepaid plan to post paid plan but compay is saying i have to change my Number for changing it to post paid

i request you to take action so it may safe gard my intrust

RELIANCE TELECOM LTD — Black Berry pearl 1100 gsm mobile with RIM gsm

I have purchased a Black Berry Pearl 1100 mobile. At the time of purchased the officials did not say the Black Berry pearl 1100 is operated with gsm post paid system, I have a connection with gsm prepaid of Reliance gsm. Now I am try to convert the system of my mobile from gsm post paid to gsm prepaid, they are unable to change the system. The more costly mobile now is using for general purpose. They have cheated me. At that time I want to returned my mobile or change the system of my mobile from gsm post paid to gsm prepaid. Thanks.

RELIANCE TELECOM LTD — Monthly Mobile Bill is not dispatch

RELIANCE TELECOM LTD — Bad response from customer care

I had called *333 from my reliance CDMA number [protected] to enquire about RTL GSM plans. I was provided with a number [protected]. I called in that number at 13:37 on 8th October 2010 The representative wanted me to call *333 just because I was calling from a CDMA number. I tried to convince the representative that I wanted to enquire about the available plans in RTL GSM. But the representative continued with her story. The representative was ignorent and reluctant to hear what I had to say. At that time I asked the representative that I wanted to speak with a surepvisor and the representative agreed to do so and did put my call on hold. While resuming from hold the representative says that it will transfered to the supervisor and i am put on hold again. Finally after waiting for a long time the representative disconnects the call. After that I tried calling the customer care, I go through the VRU options but there is no one to attend the call. I am kept on waiting for 4 to 5 minutes and the the call gets disconnected.

RELIANCE TELECOM LTD — UNAUTHORIZED DEDUCTION OF CELL NUMBER ACCOUNT BALANCE

DEAR SIR,
I HAVE A CELL NO AGAINST MY NAME BEARING [protected] AND THE SERVICE PROVIDER IS RELIANCE TELECOM.SIR,FOR THE PAST FEW MONTHS,THEY ARE DEDUCTING MONEY FROM MY BALANCE WITHOUT TAKING MY CONCENT.AND WHEN I TRY TO KNOW THE FACT,THEY GAVE FAKE EXCUSES THAT I HAVE REGISTERED FOR THIS AND THAT SERVICES.BUT ON THE CONTRARY,I HAVE NEVER APPLIED FOR THE SAME.FEW DAYS BACK I HAVE CONTACTED THEIR CUSTOMER CARE TO DEACTIVATE MY SMS PACK.IN RESPONSE TO MY REQUEST,THEY HAVE TOLD THAT IT HAS BEEN DONE.BUT AFTER FEW DAYS,THEY GAIN DEDUCTED THE SMS PACK CHARGES FROM MY ACCOUNT AUTOMATICALLY.
THE MOST RECENT ACT ON THEIR PARY IS,YESTERDAY,THEY DEDUCTED Rs39/- FROM MY ACCOUNT.AGAIN WHEN I CONTACTED THEM,THEY ARE SAYING THAT THEIR SYSTEM DOESNOT SHOWS ANY DETAILS ABOUT THE DEDUCTED MONEY OR I SHOULD CALL AFTER 2 HOURS AS THEIR SYSTEM IS ON UPDATION.
SO SIR,PLEASE DO LOOK INTO THIS MATTER AND NAKE NECESSARY STEPS SO THAT THE TELECOM COMPANIES DOESN'T DARE TO DO THIS TYPE OF LOOTING FROM THEIR CUSTOMERS AND WOULD REVERT THE MONEY BACK TO MY ACCOUNT.

I M NAVNEET SONI FRM INDORE MP.MY NUMBER IS (+91-[protected]) I M COMPLAINING THAT MY BALANCE HAS BEEN DEDUCTED LAST 10 MONTHS 2200 RS.(SUDDEN BALANCE DEDUCTION) BUT BALANCE NOT REFUND.ALREDAY MANY COMPLAIN LONCHED CUSTOMER CARE(198 AND [protected])BUT NOT GIVEN PROPER RESPONSE.
MITESH RTL CALLED ME BY DAKC MUNMBAI BUT NOT RESOLATION.MITESH SAYING THAT WILL BE TRANSFRED YOUR BALANCE 2200 RS, BUT NOT TRANSFER TILL TIME. SHOULD BE REFUND MY BALANCE 2200/-.PLS RESOLATION.

Reliance Telecom — Deducted balance

This is the same kind of 2nd complaint deduted Rs.10/- today 24th Apr 2011, the reliance mobile service provider simply they activate some (Name itself i dont know) activation and if we raise compliant they have told that that activation done from our end only like that they are replying.

But this is obsolutely false statement, i dont know for company policy it self they are earning this kind of income else some employees doing purposely i dont know. Because my 2 nd compliant with in the short span of time. Apart from that earlier i requested them for life time any kind of activation not required from my and they updated in their end also. But i dont know eventhough they are doing same kind of mistakes. So, i requeest some one to help to solve the issue and reverse my Rs.10/- if any clarification please call me in [protected]

i had changed my no from gsm reliance service to cdma 2 months ago [protected]......whenny network got changed the problem was outgoing problem even i did recharge 3-4 times there was incrimental of balance but whenever i triend to call promt was you have insufficient balance please recharge your account....i did 4 -4 times complaint to customer care but no benifit i found..i contacted reliance office but no benifit.i did e mail on reliance helpline but no benifit i did email to nodal oficer mr ashutosh but i got no reply ....also i contacted technical department regarding my problem they said to wait but at present status of my number is it is terminated. and when i inserted my gsm sim for same no..i found it working for out going but for incoming prompt is .please check the number you have dialled.....i am fed up this is my commercial no.for last five year i have got loss of aprox 200000rs. because this no is to all my customers also on my printed bags of cattle feed plant...i want claim from company and i want my number working with any network

i had call to customer care 198 for 19 rs balance deduction.already i have deactivate 1 paisa sms pack but again renewal and charges has been deduct.balance not refund and executive transfer to senior ex the my call and call dissconnect.
