Dear Team Sub--they are not giving bundle benefit(first two month got offer ),still not got any permanent solution on MEID no I had purchage a new handset on 26/20/2012 from M/S Kiron Brothers(authorised reliance distributer ) bihar sharif with FREE offer 24 hour (reliance CDMA+GSM),till 5 month.T/C-Recharge rs100 every month, Detail given below,now i am writing all problem step bystep (1) AT the time of purchage 26/10/12, i also did`nt got free offer initially,when i complain on 198 and [protected]@relianceada.com. they told your MEID wrong(4,5,complain registetred),In all complain same issue is there yourMEID no wrong.then i contact M/S Kiron Brothers they told wait i will do, your offer will crediate within 2 days ,.on 28/10/12 free bundle benefitcreadited for 1st month.i use randomly.on 29/11/12 offer expire (2)On that 29/11/12 i rechared with rs100(02;53pm),and also received confirmation msg from 52811"Recharge Successful Additional benefit Credited to your account,only for you",but free call not credited on reliance cdma+gsm. And also complain 198,[protected].Write email toRTLAppellateAuthority.[protected]@relianceada.com,[protected]@relianceada.com rcomappellateauthority.[protected]@relianceada.com also i took CIRCULAR ROAD, HARI OM TOWER.MAIN ROAD, CLUB COMPLEX RANCHI jharkhand ,Reliance Communication Ltd, 3rd Floor,MaruMansionBuilding,Kanke Road Ranchi - 834008 Jharkhand .Customer care 198 are telling your MEID wrong but all the web worl dwhen they match my given data on 198.whether in my handset all arecorrect.mostaly time i talk with sinior supervisior.on 198 Service Request ID:[protected] ,i got free offer after i file complainto consumer court on 05/12/12 with the help of consumer court i gotoffer on 10/12/12 3)which was expire on 10/01/13..in january month again registered complain to 198 rcomappellateauthority.[protected]@relianceada.com....in all complai having same problem..on 20 jan 2013 compalin to consumer court http://www.consumercourtforum.in/india/wp-login.php.....also received call from company site from mumbai and patna office.by mumbai consultant person told to me as your previous compain in dec 12..MY TECHNICAL TEAM HAS BEEN CLOSED YOUR COMPLAIN WRONGALY PROSSESS.OTHERWISE YOU WILL DEFENATELY GOT OFFER...They call me 2 times .they told after talk with technical team i will contact to u later. but today 10 days to go .stiil i have not receive any confirmation message from company Soi request you to please consider to me .i justify with us .also i specially request you to if i am not eligible for this offer pls give in written to me or mail.then i know what can i do. Reliance Communication Ltd — not give me free benefits
Hi sir,i have used mobile number portability on 02.08.2011 but my sim card is rady to use on 07.09.2011.company give me free benefits for 6 month.but company not give me free benefits on my new sim card .please help me ASAP.
