Reliance Web World / Reliance Netconnect — Rude manager, bad service..too slow | |||
I had purchased a Reliance NetConnect+ HSD card and got it activated on 11th April, 2011. It was working fine until 12th night at 10:45, when i could not connect. I called up customer care to find out that my card has been deactivated coz of address verification going NEGATIVE. I was told to approach a nearby Reliance Web World and get it activated from there.. Today i went to the Hiranandani RWW outlet close to my office..The branch manager told me to get my documents again. When i explained to him that my docs have already been submitted to Vriti Infocomm (The third party E2E delivery partners for Reliance netconnect) he gave me the number of the Nodal office. I called the number and spoke to an agent who said that the docments need not be submitted again. He wanted me to give the call to the manager. The manager was very arrogant and rude to me and just bluntly ignored me by saying we dont speak to the nodal office, inspite the person requesting for a word with the manager. This complaint is against the manager of Reliance Web World outlet at Hiranandani branch, Powai for very very poor service and rude behaviour towards customer. If the branch manager is like this, what can we expect from the branch staff?? Request to pls do something about this particular branch of RWW. Was this information helpful? | |||

Reliance Netconnect — Reliance Web World Service
I got Reliance NetConnect in offer on purchase of Acer Laptop in Jan from Reliance Webworld,Opposite Paradise,Secundrabad. I was not told that three months postpaid connection is mandatory. I ended up paying Rs1200 even though I did not use it for more than a month. Even though I asked them to migrate to prepaid after clearing the bill, they did not do it and I was asked to pay again rental of 230 for the last week. The way the employees of Reliance Web world dealing with customers is not proper and I am one of those unlucky customers who had to pay price for employee's mistake.
