Reliance WiMax Broadband — No response for complaint

I registered a complain with reliance customer care on 5-nov-2008
that my broadband is not getting connected (no connectivity in the night) complaint no.79585013 it has been rigorous sessions of calling them everyday till 12 Nov 2008. now i have put a request to terminate this service. But main problem is that they are saying they're gonna terminate it in 15 days time and charge me for the same and they are not willing to sort out my problem
