Reliance WiMax Broadband — OVERBILLING

Reliance communication has overcharged my bill amount Of Rs 1152. eight times through their online bill payment site. and are not willing to return the excess amount of Rs. 9216.
Since i have paid the amount through credit card it is attractime a huge interest as well as an overlimit fee.

Their customer service executives are of no use as well.

My advise to all users Never attempt to pay on reliance website.

It is a simple process to reverse any transaction which they are unable to do.

Reliance WiMax Broadband — Third class speed of broadband

Hi, I am using the Realince wi max broad band connection for past 2 months appx and since then i am facing the problem.My bill plan is 2 Mb and i am getting speed of downloding is 30kbps, as i was told by them my down loadind speed would be around 250 KBPS.But now it is too slow my problem is increasing day by day even i can not upload a file of 200 kb it is taking too much time and even after there is no uploadind and i get message connection is timed out.IT IS THE WORST CONNECTION.

I have made at lest 50 complaint in 49 days but there is no response cust. care takes lot of time to register complaints.
I say the are the cheap cust.care.WORST CONNECTION OF BROADBAND
