[Resolved]  Reliance Wireline Broadband — NO DSL LINK APPEARING

From last 7-8 days my dsl link is not appearing. I have registered many complaints regarding this , reliance cust care gives 24 hours and they assure that the problems will be solved but nothing happens.
I have fed up of this.
Please someone help me out.

Sir , I am Nitin Pandey and i want to draw your attention towards the inconvenience and problems faced by me with Reliance wireline broadband.My User ID is[protected] and i have registered this connection on 19-20th August 2011.
But sir from the last 6-7 days i am unable to use net because the DSL link in the modem is not appearing , just lan and power is displaying on the modem.I contacted customer care many times and they said to remove the wire and replug it....power off and power on modem again , which i did but it didn’t made any difference.I registered many complaints , every time customer care executive says that this problem will be resolved within 24 hours.
Sir, from last 5 days i have registered the complaint thrice , but 24 hours are not ending. Sir recently they gave me a complaint number[protected] and assured me that after 24 hours our technicians will contact you and your problem will be resolved.But nothing happened . Even after 24 hours i am not getting any response from your side. Again i have registered a complaint with complaint number[protected]. I am hoping that something will happen.
Sir , please do something coz out of 30 days , hardly i can use net properly on 20 days .. so whats the use of having such a connection. Please take any action else i will be left with only one option i.e. to knock the doors of consumer forum.Please sir don’t force me to take such an action. I am hoping that you will resolve this issue soon and won’t force me for any other action..
