I am MR JAGTAP SHIVPRASAD GAJANAN.

My application details are as follows

I got RCOM order acceptance letter on Saturday May 28 2011 when feasibility check was carried out and connection was deemed feasible.

I was told that connection will be given in next 2-3 days.
Today a cable guy from reliance shows up and tells me that my connection is not feasible.
The wire needed is too long. we don't have that much wire.
Also he mentions that sales personal take money for connection only because they get commission out of it.
He told that i need to cancel the connection request and my money will be refunded later.

If THIS is the service RCOM provides then why the farce of feasibility check.
More, when i call the agent from RCOM for explanation, say about 30-35 times he doesn't pick up my phone.
His manager is also same case, he also avoided my call 5-6 times.

Till no one has received my call or called me.
No explanation given for feasibility check.
No time frame specified for giving or canceling the connection.
This is wastage of customer's time and money.

I request a speedy action about this issue.
