My register mobile number in Jio Fiber net is [protected], actually we changed house to other location at that time we asked the avaolability of connection at that new place where we are getting shifted but they said no availability so we asked for disconnection then they disconnected the services and I need to get a refund they informed 7 days to complete total process and from that day we are mailing tweeting...

I have a relaince broadband connection i am using it from the past 6 months, it never works continuously, every time there will be issue for every month mostly it will work for 10 to 15 days, every time we call the customer care they say that we have registered ur complaint, it will be resolved in 24 hrs and they provide s some junk complaint number as reference, but no one will respond to our complaint and if we call for the next time they...

From last 7-8 days my dsl link is not appearing. I have registered many complaints regarding this , reliance cust care gives 24 hours and they assure that the problems will be solved but nothing happens.
I have fed up of this.

This is to everyone who wants to take new connection for broadband please don't go 4 Reliance the worst of all the broadband. I had a wrong sense that BSNL was the worst but trust me I have used all the 3 players(Airtel,BSNL & Relinace) Broadband connection till now the hopeless and nonsense provider is Reliance Wire-line Broadband Plan.
