[Resolved]  reliance/big tv — Poor services after sales

I have purchased Reliance BIG TV and my warranty period is on,in my BIG TV signal lost problem exist;i had complaint to their customer care but they have giving no solution from me.The local customar care of RELIANCE BIG TV in UTTAR PRADESH at ALIGARH had not picking the phone and providing no solution.My TV is in off condition from last 4-5 days.

It is very strange that a company like RELIANCE had provided this type of services.My cell no. is [protected].
