22.01.2010 dear sir I HAVE LODGED ONE MEDICLAIM ON RELIENCE GEN. INS.CO. AS PER DATA GIVEN BELOW. THEY HAVE ASKED ME FOUR TIMES TO FULL FILL THE DOCUMENT FORMALITIES BUT STILL AFTER SEVEN MONTHS I AM NOT GETTING CLAIMS. TODAY I ASKED ABOUT MY CLAIM ON THEIR TOLL FREE NO. [protected] BUT NO SATISFACTORY RESPONSE WAS GIVEN BY THEM. THEY ARE STILL DEMANDING THE LAST DUCUMENT IE. PRAPOSAL FORM FROM THE INSURANCE CO. WHICH I HAD ALREADY SENT ON 13.11.2009 BY PROFESSIONAL COURIERS PVT. LTD. WIDE DOC NO. DEL-2952240 DT. 1.11.2009 I DONT KNOW HAT TO DO NOW. PLEASE HELP ME IN THIS REGARD IF YOU CAN. This is to clarify further that I am confused for which dated should I mention in the proposal form i.e. the cheque date or the start date of the policy, so I have mentioned both dates in the form, I hope this will not be a obstacle in settling the claim. reliance general insurance co. — for sending policy of car
Dear sir, I purchased a policy in my fathers name of indica car (registration no. UP-14, AK 0511) from noida branch. I was issued a covernote no.[protected]. I have note received the policy till date. I have also lodged a complaint (No. 498639)at your customer care no for sending policy. Despite my several remainders at phone, you have not sended policy. everytime I had been told that we have send it through DTDC courier ( BOD Z[protected]. Its status on dtdc is that they have returned to Shipper..Now I am feeling harshment since more than two months has been over in this process without any result.
