This is to inform you that a Health Checkup Camp was organised at Main Branch of ALLAHABAD Bank, Kanpur, on 28/03/09, in which we have facilitate Blood sample collection for Investigations to be done at Religare SRL Diagnostics Ltd, .through our Authorised Collection Centre MED Lab Patient care Centre, but till date we have not recieved the payments of the services provided for your employees working at your Allahabad Bank KAKADEO Branch, Kanpur, the name of Employees who had not paid the amount till date are :
