Dear Sir, After a long disappointment, I am writing to you in hope that you will respond quickly to my suggestion and complaint. As I have mentioned earlier that i am one of the localite of Najafgarh among thousends who daily travel from Najafgarh to safdarjung.Between this we have to cross the railway crossing at Bijwasan, which takes a very long time to open.Due to this a very long traffic jam occurs, the situation is for the whole day but get worst during the peak hours.People due to lack of any barrier come with their vehicles and block the whole road from both sides situation get really panicking when railway barricates open and there is no space for moving of vehicles. Many villagers who are working in various governmental and non-governamental organisations, have to cross daily by this road but due to this inconvinience they often get late by many hours.As an example one person who started his journey from Dhansa Border(A border village of delhi)at 6:00am reach at Bijwasan on 7:30 am the barrier takes around 1-2 hrs and if he has to reach at safdarjung he reaches at around 10:00-10:30am making the person very fatique and the freshness is lost due to such harash travelling. The people wanted a flyover from a long time on Bijwasan railway crossing, but no action have been taken yet.Even there is no Traffic polce to handle such a heavy traffic, no proper dividers are there on roads. I request you on the behalf of whole Najafgarhites and its nearby villagers that please take some immediate steps in this action and please let us know what action you have taken so far. suggestion: If you can make a proper divider upto 1 Km in both side of railway crossing along road.lot of time and fuel loss can be saved. road — broken road and its in bad condition
hello sir,Im nishith rana from himayath nagar . As on now the roads of himayath nagar at street no. 8 are in a very bad condition. When i had a visit to tankbund(secretariat) yesterday i saw the roads over there, they were marvallous and pennic. I here by request the GHMC to take care of our roads all over hyderabad where required. And mainly in himayathnagar.

On behafe of Municipal corporation of Delhi .I, Arunesh Upadhyaya Superintending Engineers Projects WEST ZONE wants to communicate that very soon MCD is going start the construction work at Bijwason railway crossing. The level crossing will be permanently closed from 23/02/10.Persons using this route are advise to follow alternatives Like for Gurgaon via village Bachhera, to south Delhi via Village Gogyla dairy, Chawla, Najafgarh drain, Bamnoli village and vis-versa.

road — Road need to be repaired or rebuilt ASAP
HiI am residing in Koparkhairane, Navi Mumbai and travel to office by Bus or Rickshaw.
The road condition from Millennium Business Park to L&T Infotech office is worst. Infect there is no road and only potholes.
It is very difficult to drive on that road and slowly the walking is also becoming dangerous.
The condition of the road is same since last 6 months and no one is looking into it. The major people traveling on that road are the working people who pay their taxes in time and still are facing such kind of the problem.
The road need to be repaired on priority otherwise it would lead to some really serious outcome.

road — Repairs to Subhash Road, Dombivli West.
Dear Commissioner,Thank you for your visit to the Subhash Road of Dombivli West to have a look at the pitable condition of the road all along. Human life is terribly affected and movement by all means could be an impossibiity due to pot holes and craters. To add to the woes of residents, own vehicles due to undue maintenance are on the high. Various representations have been made by residents but they are fallen in the deaf ears of the authorities. You may have seen that the area is developed like any other place in West and people are considerate and patient and and do not resort any sort of agitation or so.
We are aware you had assured us to the road will be repaired only after monsoon i.e.after October this year and thank you for consideration. But Sir do we have to suffer till such time? Can you not do something to make the road transportworthy in the interim? We propose following suggestions:
You may have funds for the road repairs. This road may be divided into 4 parts from MORE Dept Store to Kumbharkhan Pada and each section may be given each contractor (from approved road contractors)and ask them carry out the repairs. Meanwhile you may issue directives to Dombivli Office to call for quote thru a tender enquiry and negotiate and finalize the contract with them.
We venture to address this because we were given to understand that you are a gentleman and committed to help people. We thought to address our complaint directly to you once again as a follow up and hope you would do the necessary on a top priority.

I am residing in Eldeco Udyan II COLONY Raebareli road lucknow. The road of this colony is completely damaged, because it is not being repaired since 6-7 years. Is there an outlook on when this Flyover is expected to be complete? Its now over 1.5 years since the crossing was closed, the work seems to be moving slowly.
For those residents wanting to go to the Bijwasan Railway Station or the Dwarka Sec 21 Metro station, can the MCD consider creating an alternate road connection for the interim? There is an existing road that runs parallel to the railway tracks on the New Palam Vihar side, from the Gurgaon Railway Station all the way up to the Chiranjeev Bharti Railway Crossing in Palam Vihar, if this road can be extended for the last 2-3 kilometers, the residents will have respite for the short term, and in fact with the "world class" railway station planned at Bijwasan, it might be a good idea to improve the road connectivity to this station in advance from Gurgaon, Najafgarh, Bajhgerha and nearby localities.
The Dwarka Expressway is also under litigation, improving this road for the near term will be a boon to people trying to get to the Bijwasan and Dwarka
Metro stations.

road — No proper road - Completely flood street
I'm residing at 7th street, West Anna Nagar, Narayanapuram,Pallikarnai Chennai. The street is completely flooded and no proper road, everyday people have to swin and struggle to reach main road. Our street is the entrance point for all the rain water and lake water. After several complaints the officials have not visited the place to take remedy action.Can someone look into this issue very seriously and resolve the issue asap?

road — Traffic Jam
Begumpur falls between Malviya Nagar on one side & shivalik on the other. the main road on which Begumpur is located connects lado sarai with ring road.This road,particularly next to the entry point to shivalik,has lot of houses where people have constructed boundary walls beyond the permissible limits. There are quite a number of automobile repair shops which use the open area for carrying out their work. There is even a dhaba extending beyond the permissible limits.
All this results in the traffic having to slow down considerably with frequent traffic jams.
Request the encroachments are demolished and repair work on public line is not permitted.

Gurgaon Delhi Expressway — Barrier closed while crossing
I was crossing the toll from the cash lane after making the required payment and collecting the change very peacefully while something banged against the roof of my car. I had to stop the car as it was a loud and scary noise to find out that the barrier had just closed on top of my car causing a dent on the roof and the side.I parked my car on the side and went to talk to the person at the collection booth and expected him to apologize. However, he was not quite so. He made a call to apparently to the incharge to come and resolve the problem. I waited for some time no oe seemed to be coming. It is a relatively new car and the dent looks quite bad.
I tried calling their helpline to complaint about the person but no one responds. Hope they are more responsible and train their people to not cause this problem to other passengers and show enough respect and be aplogetic if they make any mistake.
