i am a rosevalley agent. but i not know how can get returns my tds

how much security of this company & This Company is IRDA Approved Company ? .I dont belive private Company. If the Company failure who will responsible to pay the maturity amount. and what is the future of the Company, as per sebi guideline this type Company must take rating from cristal, icra, but this company ?so, plz. send me mail if you have any experince like this company.

I am Tapas Manna, joint in Rosevalley as a agent recently.Sorry to say, i have little confident about total working procedure. I want to know, is authorised the Rosevalley by RBI, IRDA, ROC & SEBI?
How to know regarding this? Secondly, the pattern of the form is like hotel booking form.Public have doubt regarding this matter. How to clear?
Also one inportant question here, how to give the return money much more than other bank like SBI, HDFC, etc. Where another Govt or Ungovt. Bank are not providing this same.
